  1. Thanks for the Help. PHP-FPM is is installed but none of the TB installations work, at least one issue eliminated due to your helpful response!

  3. I downloaded the server php settings from your prestools and checking the php now settings now, very useful stuff. According to the site the has be some $3M in sales lost in abandoned carts.

  6. No did not know it existed. Will try it now. Is there something similar to fix the problem where the customer address will not save? Where do you find the cart ID?

  8. Sorry for the delay struggling with jointsystems.org that will not save an address in cart. Have reset and uninstalled the cart but does no good?
  9. We don't have such a module. P.S. those were test sandbox settings.
  10. The authorize aim module works at our shop creativesystemsinc.org at Hostgator but none of our shops at Hostwinds on a dedicates server which includes the four TB Stores. What are the server PHP settings and other requirements to optimize TB and get the TB authorize AIM module to work?
  11. Regenerated the thumbnail images. Uninstalled the prestashop modules if a TB module was available. " Only have bank wire, authorize net and check payment modules installed. The only one that is prestashop is the check as there was no TB module. Fixed the error by first resetting shipping estimate module and when that did not work I uninstalled it and reinstalled it which fixed this errror. "There is 1 error There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected." Still Card processing does not show up. Have reset and authoize net multiple times.
  12. When creating an account the address won't save though you get a green box check mark message that it has been saved, it goes blank when you proceed.
  13. community-theme-default version 1.1.0 after making the previous adjustments the theme pictures had to be reinstalled.
  14. Yes it is installed and configured. One strange thing though is at the bottom of the config it says waiting for cod validation. When I change it to shipped or payment error and save it, it does not change?

  17. Thanks! we now have a shopping cart, but when I go to check out but there is no choice for credit card choice. Wil try resetting that module.
  18. Where is the switch for highdpi/hirescode?
  19. Turned off cache, did not know what to do with the other boxes so I turned them off too. Strangely the modules list at the bottom of this page are all highlighted in red?

  21. When you click on an item to add to cart there is no response. No pop up. In an other migrated shop the cart does popup bt when you get to payment there is no credit card choice, though authorize aim is configured with all cards checked marked?
  22. The errors are were from 2017 and early 2018. Deleted the file and refreshed the check but the one error still showed up and the cart is still missing?
