  1. We need to move more than 100 categories to a new root category and there doesn't appear to be a bulk action selection to do that, only enable and disable? The only method we could find is the mass edit tool in MyPHPAdmin. The same thing with products. We ended up with some 100 products in the home directory amd had to move them. Since there is no move function that we could find we tried using phpmyadmin to move the products from home to the other directory but had no effect. The only way we could find was to edit the association in each product one by one, or copy the section in the products and create a new csv with nothing but the id, name and correct category then import to move them to the correct category, which took about 5 min.
  2. When trying to configure the reCAPTHA module we are getting the error invalid key type privacy on some sites but not others with the identical configuration all TB 1.1 stable versions. The directions were followed but are not good to go? We have tried resetting the module, uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting and recreating the account to get new keys, nothing works. Solution: I changed the nonworking sites to version 2 of Recaptha and they all worked. Performance and clear the cache. Make sure that both "Disable non PrestaShop modules" and "Disable all overrides" are set to NO. You are good to go!
  3. The problem seems to have be caused by account creation only being selected in preferences/customer. After I changed it to account creation and address the problem disappeared.
  4. We are getting this error on registered customer standard five page checkout. Under states in localization we have it sorted by US ID 21.
  5. We are getting this error on some of our TB sites but other sites are working with the same module the same company and the same credentials? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the module and on one site it worked others it did not.
  6. We are having the same problem with one TP store and advanced stock management is not checked. All the same carriers are set up under modules and under shipping preferences. The same payment, countries and carrier restrictions. Currently ups ground is set as the default carrier before that selection by best price neither works. The item being shipped is small and light and in the same city as our shipping location The product selection cannot be delivered by the available carrier(s). Please amend your cart.

We are having the same problem on one of our TP shops and the carriers are configured, the payment module with the carriers, country and payment restrictions all configured the same as the other stores that don't have this problem. We are in the US and all states in the country are selected. The really funny thing is that the address there are no carriers that are available is also are ship from address. I tried another address with the same problem. Did anyone solve this?
  8. I should have added more detail. Go to images under preferences. Under image format choose Image format Use JPEG. Use PNG only if the base image is in PNG format. Use PNG for all images. Then go to the home directory in the catalog assuming you are using the default 2 directory and use paint or irfanview or other graphics program that allows you to open and save an image in a different format and change it to .png when you save it. Go back to the home directory and edit the products image by adding the .png images and saving them as the cover image. For whatever reason the .png images show up in featured products whereas the .jpg don't in some TB installations. We are using ver 1.1 stable and bleeding edge. We also found that in some stores where none of the images were showing up in featured products once we transformed the format to .png they started to pop up. Another solution might also work but so far after trying switching themes resetting featured products, uninstalling and reinstalling featured products and even eracing the module and copying the module from a store where it was working all failed, but changing the image format did?
  9. I finally found the solution. If you use paint, IrfanView or other graphics program to change the jpg or JPG to a png file it miraculously shows up so long as you have .png files selected in preferences/images. This works only where some of the pictures weren't showing up not where none of the pictures in the featured products are showing up. The same pictures are being used in multiple TB shops work in some and not in others, and it does not matter if you are using the default theme or the community theme. The pictures show up in the home directory in all the shops whether they are .png of .jpg but only show up in featured or popular (depending if you are looking at the back office or popular on the public front side) in some of the stores though the image settings are the same. Another image problem is when you are adding images in some shops show up when you upload them in the process of choosing a main picture in others thy do not, either way once chosen they do show up in the folder.   10. We are having a similar problem in some stores but not others though the same homefeatured module is being used. Some stores display the product images on the index page in the home folder and others do not even with the same theme? The images appear fine in the home directory. The images have been rebuilt in the preferences/image.
  11. Turns out the original problem with the missing checkboxes in group restrictions was due to a corrupted database. I copied the database from a similiar store we have that worked edited it for the problem store and when attached the the new database and the check boxes appeared. As for the custom payment module Toplakd's solution worked:-) Thanks Dejan!
  12. The Payments module on Jointsystems.com is missing the group restrictions check boxes so all groups are being restricted. There is no reset or uninstall reinstall option so I thought maybe adding the custom payment module would be a way around the problem and might trigger a reset? After I installed the module the configuration settings for the custom are almost blank and look nothing like those in the documentation? The custom payment is now listed in the group restrictions but that too has no check box?
  13. Having a problem with payments, went to the payment module and the group restrictions are missing. We have other working installations so I was going to copy the module from one of them. The only thing I could find was under the themes restrictions.tpl and payments index php copy both did no good. Where are the controlling files for group restrictions?
  14. We are trying to import 25,000 products of which 100000 have already been imported using the same csv template. With this batch we keep getting the error "Property Product->available_now is not valid" however when you look at the IDs with the error there is no property available_now? Errors occurred: T0K74AT (ID: 12157389) cannot be saved Property Product->available_now is not valid V7W66UT#ABA (ID: 12088294) cannot be saved Property Product->available_now is not valid T6F94AT (ID: 12031597) cannot be saved Property Product->available_now is not valid N3R86AT#ABA (ID: 11965181) cannot be saved Property Product->available_now is not valid T4E61AT (ID: 12028690) cannot be saved Property Product->available_now is not valid Turned out the error text was in the label.
  15. Solved: Thirty Bees just puts the calendar selection traffic total in a different location right up at the top. Did not show up at first as TB had no history.
  16. This is not a new installation, it was converted to TB about a month ago and had been working fine. I added thousands of products recently and after a search index update the backend catalog disappeared though the productsstill appear on the store. As a work around I switched jointsystems.org back to a multistore with the shop being an addon. I have put the shop in debug mode.

According to the search in the back office there are 65196 products at joinsystems.org/shop and the products often less images are showing up on the front end, but not in the catalog in the admin. This never happened before in TB or PS. Tried reindexing the products and came up with the same number as before but none show up in the tab products. Ran check and fix in the TB cleaner module which corrected several errors involving products but still zero showed up in the admin catalog. Any ideas what is the cause and how to fix?
  18. That is really interesting about the max csv value as it makes the use of thousands of part names invalid for import as well as all upc and ean numbers. The price sheets from the manufacturers come with the coma used as a separator. Are - a problem, and what afffect to they have on the max size? TB also works with xslx files which seem to be more for giving. With PS I always had to change the ; to a comma, with TB you don't. On the other had PS seemed to learn or default to products where as TB defaults to categories. It would seem that product imports would be the most common use rather than categories? I use excel from office 2016 to edit the price files. Usually the errors are caused by letters or ineligible characters used for the part numbers but in this case I don't know what is causing the errors as the IDs do not seem to have obvious problems? Ended up using a simple numerical excel series which imports easily but causes products when the ID is changed with each price sheet. If you use an Excel simple number series for the ID the import process works very well. Was able to import over 32000 items in one batch.

  20. Installed Google Analytics 2.3.4. Is Google Analytics API v1.2.2 - by PrestaShop obsolete or just for a different administrative purpose?

  23. Currently the TB dashboard shows 28 visitors on line in the last half hour however the traffic from 2019-10-14 to 2019-11-14 shows 0? Needless to say this makes no sense. On a similar website PS 1.6.2.4 the current traffic is 51 and visits for the month 89,331. Jointsystems.org is not the only TB website that shows multiple visitors in the half hour but no visitors in the last month.
