My hosting company isn't showing me a total when I open that folder. What should I be looking for - and why would it increase?

I keep getting Inode warnings that I'm over my limit, and my hosting company says it's coming from ThirtyBees. It's the cache here... With the Template compilation, right now it's marked as shown in the image. What would happen if I had it set with NEVER RECOMPILE TEMPLATE FILES? Would that solve the Inode issue? It goes from 30% full to 110% in a matter of days. I assume I need the cache set to YES, right? How does the Inodes increase so much when I don't add new items? The only option they're giving me is to up my hosting plan, which I can't do as it's an insane monthly rate. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks. If I

Like, easier than randomly clicking thousands of files to find out where the images are? I assumed that when I deleted a product, the image would go with it, but that's not the case. I just now did everything you suggested. I've had no time, and other prssing things to handle. This doesn't affect my sales/site - it's just something I'd rather have the other way.
