  1. Have you turned on error reporting? Did it give any clue as to what the issues were?

    Problem with ssl

I have not seen this before, I am thinking it might be a server mis-configuration or not deleting the install directory after installation.
  3. There is not without using a 3rd party importing module.
  4. This requires a hard coded theme edit to do.
  5. It looks like there was already a value in the table, if you are exporting just the content make sure the table is empty.
  6. Right, I don't know if you have priced the crowding accounts, they can get expensive fast. He says there are 8k strings in his theme, that would be between 150-300 a month, https://crowdin.com/pricing#monthly
  7. It looks like he will be ready with the themes at the end of the month. For the translations I do not really know what to do. I do not think we can house them on our account because of the sheer cost.
  8. Is this a front office issue? It sounds module specific, you might ask the module developer. I know some modules that are sub par will not allow people to use the js speed optimizations.
  9. Ahh great, I am glad you got it going.
  10. I got it, it might be a permissions thing, I am not 100% how the forum works for non admin users.
  11. You should be able to use the topic tool to mark it as solved, and the three dots can mark the correct answer.
  12. This module does not run on prestashop for me. This module is a POS, it is trying to create a file in the admin directory for some reason and failing. If you got it installed in PrestaShop, check the PrestaShop site's admin directory for a file named cbdom.php and add that file to the same location in your thirty bees site. Alternatively you can go to India and find the developer and punch him in the face.
  13. That is not a module, that is just a single php file, we would need the whole zip to debug it.
  14. Can you post the module then.
  15. Is the module a free or paid module?
  16. Hmm, I think it might be best to contact him about being able to contribute on his crowdin. Its really a tough thing, crowdin can get expensive for something like a theme that is closed source and his bill could easily be $90 a month or more.
  17. Does this module work on PrestaShop? Have you tested it?
  18. Can you make a pull request with the edit? I would love to se you get credit for the fix.
  19. Great, I will try to get this bug worked out today.
  20. Ok, go into your database and find the tbmeta table. Find whichever page type you want to edit there. What you want is the idmeta, https://www.screencast.com/t/xzzZKyBXTJ3 Then go to the theme_meta table and match up the ID meta and from there you can use 1 in the column value to disable it.
  21. Hmm, looking at it, it is actually a bug somewhere in the loading of the meta. Are you comfortable editing a database? I can tell you how to manually change it.
  22. Oh, I just looked, the community default theme does not support that.
  23. Try unhooking everything from the left and right columns.
  24. Looking at the mysql version history, that version was phased out before 2008, which is 9 years ago or 100 years in internet years. I would consider finding a new host that keeps software updated. You will run into security and compatibility issues if you do not.
  25. Funny that you mention the Autumn theme. A week or so ago we actually made an offer on buying the source code of the theme to open source it and ship it with thirty bees, since development and support has stopped for the theme. In looking at it, it uses a custom grid, not bootstrap, which makes me a bit leery.
