I agree because I don't like wading through unused modules to find what I want. I'll vote when I can. I can't seem to access anything outside the forums.
Also, same thing is happening with this page, where I wanted to vote on it:

I'm on an iPad mini but it worked before. I tried Safari and Chrome.

@Havouza said in About the 1.0.1 release:
I am very positively surprised about the big speed difference between PS and TB 1.0. I have about 4500 products with 15000+ images and if I compare with the PS 1.6 shop with 1200 products and 2500 pictures that sits on the same VPS its an amazing difference. Well done so far
Fabulous! If you are on Twitter or Facebook can you please post your comments about thirty bees, please?
It would really help us to get the word out!
@mdekker said in About the 1.0.1 release:
Or do I already have one of yours? Last time I tested it was fine, so I haven't tested any further.
No, I never gave you a CSV.
@mdekker said in About the 1.0.1 release:
How's your store going so far? Is it live?
No. I still can't import combination products.
I'm waiting for the next release and I'm starting over. I already wiped the test version. I have a feeling something was incorrectly installed for me by the host but I'm not sure.
@Havouza said in Image handling stinks in PS:
I have re-uploaded all 15000 images now after installed ImageMagic and I must say the quality improvement is amazing. Good work @mdekker !
@Havouza - Congratulations! This is wonderful!
All you have to do is have ImageMagick installed, upload the images and that's it?
Which settings did you use? Did you use @roband7 suggested settings?
@mdekker said in Image handling stinks in PS:
Yeah we should make it part of the core. It'll be a module with a few overrides for now.
Yes, please make it part of the core in an upcoming release.

but this is more for developers
I won't download anything until it's clearly stated that it's ready for public download.

@mdekker said in About the 1.0.1 release:
That does not work. It will lack native modules.
I constantly build packages for testing and now for the migration, too. So here's one of mine: 01491392815729thirtybees-v1.0.1-beta.1.zip
I haven't found many bugs. The only things that seem to be broken are URL redirects (new tab: Preferences > Redirects) and the fixer.io module doesn't update currency rates.
I'm sorry. I deleted my post about how to download. Was that the correct way to download a beta version from git?
I got confused and thought that the post was about an official beta release.

TB is now 1.0.1-beta.1: https://github.com/thirtybees/ThirtyBees/commit/933a73ed719ccaf77c28b6e5a90996f073e74d6f
Bonus points if one of the developers can make us a package to allow testing for those folks not comfortable with Git :-)

@Traumflug said in What's the best way to test new themes?:
A local installation is just fine for testing. sudo apt-get install apache2 libapache-mod-php mysql and one has a fine web setup accessible via http://localhost/. These webhosters use the same software, after all.
@Traumflug I entered the command and was prompted for and entered password.
Terminal displayed:
sudo: apt-get: command not found
What can I try next please? It seems I'm so close.

@alwayspaws Firefox's inspector has come in handy more than once :)
It doesn't seem to cooperate on a Mac.

Well, I know php and html and am very familiar with databases. It is the hooks and modules that I am having to figure out. :|
I'm sorry I can't help with hooks and modules. You're ahead of me. I don't know php. Just HTML.
