In theory this should work as it works with PS 1.6 (but only the most expensive version). There is a free download to see how it works, but you can't save so can't really test with ThirtyBees. I am hoping I have persuaded them to let me have a free temporary licence so I can test it on ThirtyBees - I'll let you know as soon as I can

There are one or two similar systems I am investigating

Just installed on a fresh TB installation test bed to write a blog about this theme. I noticed that when clicking a category the image are missing. It is the same on your own demo site: seems to the 'home_smallest' image type is not created on installation - can you advise the required dimensions etc?

This is now fixed. I originally installed just in a sub folder. I installed again on a subdomain and it seems to work. But in both instances I can't checkout

With the 5 (3) step checkout here is now way to progress from step 2, to step 3 - seems the shipping selector is missing

If I switch to 1 step checkout then the carrier option appears twice

Seems to work on your demo. Any ideas? Remember this is a totally fresh installation of TB, and just switched to your theme

  4. Guys,

compatible themes and modules seems to be an issue for ThirtyBees, It is all a little chicken / egg. Devs don’t want to invest time and money if there are not enough customers, but customers won’t use TB if there are not enough themes and modules available

I have an idea that may help a little

I no longer have a day job after my position was made untenable, The site I was in control of, u-bolts-r-us.co.uk is still operating, but I am no longer involved. After 11 years of creating the site with PS and operating it and developing and switching to TB and developing even more I think it is an excellent site. But, I owe a dept to this community, and I am slightly bored with no IT work 😉

I am not sure of how it will come together, but  am going to trawl the internet for any modules and themes that state TB comparability and list them, with details on my own system, Also any free themes and modules that state PS 1.6 compatibility I will install and test. AND leave them installed so that forum users can test them out. So there will be multiple installations of TB, each with it’s own free theme for users to test

There are also a few theme creators out there so i can test them, and pass on those themes if they work

So basically it will be a compendium of sites, modules, themes etc all of which have been tested to work on TB, and most will be left installed for users to play and test themselves

Perhaps also I can take requests (E.G: Ron, can you install this theme, and that module so I can see if they work together kind of thing

Also, hopefully pass on back office details so users can play around with the themes and modules

Anyway, that was my thoughts while out on a walk in the rain just now. Now, I have to think how to do it all

  5. Looking great. Love the 'displayable' aspect.

We always used 'defined' features. I found the 'Customs' ones caused some issue with our filter module

One thing I found with multiple features (and this may be theme related, I can't remember) is that the multiple features are listed vertically on the product page. With a product with lots of multiple features can take up a lot of scrolling. If a coffee blend has beans from 10 countries you would want them listed horizontally with a comma, not vertically

  6. I did read a similar issue that was caused by having more than one cart block module installed. Perhaps a default one and a theme one.

Check all your modules to ensure you do not have two installed, and perhaps check the module folders also. You can try renaming one of the cart block folders to see if it makes the issue go away

    https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/206874-solved-duplicate-items-in-cart-error/

  7. Sorry, don't know the answer. But perhaps it will help others if you review this help page carefully and let us know if every step you take is exactly the same and the screens look the same as this:

    https://thirtybees.com/migrate-from-prestashop/

There does seem to be a redirect from https://www.swimitalia.it/ to https://www.swimitalia.it/it/ I wonder if that is getting in the way some how

Or perhaps you are running into timeout or memory issues, try increasing

    max_execution_time
    memory_limit
  8. I have seen this before, a log time ago and can't remember what the issue was. I will put my thinking cap on

Have you tried uninstalling the cart block. Delete the cart block. Re-install the cart block? Just to ensure all files have been updated correctly

  9. We get a similar effect with combinations. We use this module

    https://mypresta.eu/modules/front-office-features/product-page-combinations-table.html

It is very configurable, and you can see how we use it here(Scroll down and click the “Product filters / options tab”

    https://mypresta.eu/modules/front-office-features/product-page-combinations-table.html

By default it overrides the normal combinations drop down menus at the top of the page, but we prefer it on this separate tab

Ha! This totally kills the purpose of GDPR, never thought about this.

No, it doesn't. It is recognised that certain websites need certain cookies to function. With such cookies an ecommerce website will not work. Therefore turning them off is not an option.

Your bank website needs coookies to ensure you are still logged in. So there is no option to not accept those.

Ecommcere websites need cookies to maintain the shopping cart and take payments, so there should be no option to not accept them

Certain types of cookies are exempt  from infomred consent based on the "strictly neceesary" exemtpion. I think it is more about PECR than GDPR:

    https://www.cookieyes.com/cookie-consent-exemption-for-strictly-necessary-cookies/

    That's my opinion anyway

  11. I use cookiehub.com - the free version.

It scans your website and shows you what cookies are there, and also has a good go at categorising them. You can then manually categorise each one also. So categorise the main paypal ones as essential for example which means the customer can not reject them, and categorise others as analytical or marketing

  12. By the way. Your website takes a long time to load "Please wait while we check your Browser" and then after a while there is a double recaptcha asking to identify pictures

I would not hang about, I would go elsewhere, which is probably fine as then there is a small message at the top saying you won't accept orders from my country

Hopefully the time issue is just while you are getting set up

  13. Usual way is to disable all modules then enaspacer.pngble one at a time till you find the culprit - But I think it may be to do with blockreassurance

    Perhaps it's positioning

I tried deleting that module CSS using the inspect window and see what happens:
