Customer service - predefined messages ?

Question

Is there a way to create predefined messages for the most popular tech support emails ?

I found a way to do it in the orders section but not in the customer service.. which would really help.

Could be very useful to not have to reply over and over again the same answers to the same questions or to explain something or for apologies or other things. It can save many hours!

Not really what I am looking for but thanks ;-)

Our customer support staff are already using predefined messages in gmail in order to quickly reply to the most common issues but I don't want them to copy/paste an answer in the back office module. I would really like them to use it thou...

I might have to do it myself if it doesn't exist..

The FAQ module is useful but dropdown menu with "predefined replies" could be really awesome!
