0 ssimard Posted February 28, 2018 Author Share Posted February 28, 2018 Not really what I am looking for but thanks ;-) Our customer support staff are already using predefined messages in gmail in order to quickly reply to the most common issues but I don't want them to copy/paste an answer in the back office module.
