new customer no countries to select

I have installed new version and when I wanted to create new customer I was not able to select other country than USA.

at Localization > Countries you can enable or disable all the ones

You are right. I don't know why countries ware disabled.

If you report such issues they'll get corrected. AFAIK, the long term goal is to replace all this data with a public database like CLDR (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CommonLocaleData_Repository).

Oh ok :) I just though that there will be only countries with no access.

The funny things was an error on Paypal where there was problem with address missing state, invalid address. I have switch off checking address on Paypal because it cause some loose.
