PayPal Checkout doesn't properly carry cart contents to checkout

I have switched off and reverted to the PS module instead.

Thank you @haylau for the tip. Indeed in my case is also related with PayPal Payments  Pro which is look like is available only in US, UK and Canada and not in all Europe.
