Thank you,
I only find tags in products, and I don’t have any, I leave all products tags fields empty.
I also disabled the module “Block Tags”.
But is keeping display text/box description.
Any more ideas?

sometimes it's crazy what kind of questions are asked.
you want to deactivate the alt / title texts.
Why? actually, they exist for an important reason.
what's wrong with this text being displayed when the cursor is moved over it?

Usually one says in general that there are no stupid questions or stupid answers.

sorry for this sentence. from my point of view, you should deal with the topic of seo - especially in this point with the links.

if you want to deactivate it, you have to remove it from all .tpl files of the template and the modules. sorry again - have fun.

I myself have no better answer for that.

Hi colorful-ant, thank you for your answer.

I want a clean frontpage.

I thought the TB can have an option to enable/disable the title texts on links categories and links products.

Thank you for your answers.

Hi MichaelEZ, we are not software developers and don’t know how to do that and don’t want touch in the core due to the TB updates.

Hi cienislaw, this could be an improvement for TB.

No, it would not. It would be a huge step back - from seo perspective, from accessibility perspective,... Alt tags are very useful. If you really need them go away, you will have to edit your theme and remove them.

Hi datakick, I starting understand, and I agree with the seo perspective.

But for accessibility I’m not so sure, because I like a clean front page on categories and products.

I don’t know if this is possible, TB can have an option to not show the tags to the end user, but they can be read by the seo?
