I have to change server, from directadmin to cpanel, which is the simplest method to transfer everything, considering that thirty bees is in multi store mode? Thanks

If you have root access cpanel's transfer tool can transfer a site from DA to cpanel.

Cyberduck can also do this, it is a FTP programm for you computer, but transfers directly from server to server.

i don't have full access on whm and i don't see the transfer tool ,.
Is it easier to do a new installation and update afterwards or is it better to transfer the database? (and how do you transfer the database correctly ??)

For a database export and import should work ok. Don't forget to cleanup the database before you start.

New is better most of the times. Like a house move you have the chance to clean out all rubbish accumulated over the years.
