What's the meaning of this?

This started happening recently in my beehive, and I would like to know what it means. 

Bees seem to be healthy and happy. 

I'm in Mozambique, southern Africa, it's hot season now, quite hot, temperatures during the day around 30º Celsius, could it be a reaction to heat?

I'm no beekeeper per se but it appears that the ones on the top are not very keen to get in the hive and call themselves part of the thirtybees crew. 😄 😄 😄
