The EU is pushing and raising the bar.

Is TB WCAG-2.2 capable? Or easily convertible towards accessibility standards?
Basically you need to be able to browse thru a shop using just arrows and tabs.

But first of all, are you affected or do you fall under the exemption? Check that carefully first, but I don't really understand the last sentence either:

The Accessibility Strengthening Act covers manufacturers, dealers and importers of the above-mentioned products as well as the providers of the above-mentioned services. Micro-enterprises (fewer than ten employees and a maximum annual turnover of 2 million euros) that offer services are exempt from the law. However, micro-enterprises that put products into circulation fall under the BFSG.

as far as i can see, the checkout e.g. with Paypal can be affected.

In all themes for Prestashop (both free and paid) there are hundreds of inconsistencies with the requirements of WCAG 2.2 AA https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/. Also on Prestashop there is not a single store that meets the requirements of the 2019/882 directive, i.e. the European Accessibility Act.
Both themes included in thirtybees also do not meet the requirements of WCAG 2.2 AA.

I'm not directly affected, like me there are quite a lot. Firms with 10+ Employees are affected and those who go in the direction.
Still I'd like to be prepared.

My main concern is not that the themes pass but that the way to make them pass most hurdles is not an impossible task.
