PrestaShopAutoload.php zeroed

Yesterday morning I found my shop down since about 3 o'clock in the morning. This is a shop on TB 1.4 (still waiting for the Mollie update).

It turned out that the file /classes/PrestaShopAutoload.php had been reduced to length zero. I have no idea why. Anyway, I replaced the file and the shop worked again.

This morning I once again found the shop down. It was the same problem and it had started at about the same time.

Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem here?

Please, update your shop to the latest version.

If this does not solve the issue you should find some access logs, investigate if something is changed and gives access to somebody, etc.

As a start - use code updater to compare against 1.4 official and check every file it finds that is different.

Impossible. I am using the Mollie module.

What is the issue with this module?

If you're hacked, first you'll have to find the compromised files, clean/restore them, then look through access logs to find from where did they gained access. The only solution is to patch the hole, but since 1.4 there were numerous security flaws fixed.

You paste in the ZIP file containing the module, and within 5 minutes the module is fixed.

Yes, I had similar issues with Warehouse theme and other modules. Codex and, before that, chatgpt fixed them and, I was able to migrate from php 7.4 to 8.3 in like 2 months.

The 20 USD account per month is worth every penny for small merchants.

Claude Sonnet w/wo Codex is about 4 times better for coding than ChatGPT, especially for PHP fixes and .tpl 

The threadopener should give them a try, you can prompt various tests and use all this new code in a testshop.

This Mollie module for PrestaShop is terribly put together; it contains 99% unnecessary code.

It would be better to use Claude to adapt this module: https://github.com/mollie/thirtybees to the latest version of Thirtybees with PHP 8.3 and the latest version of the Mollie API.
