Got an email from Jonny good support for the theme he gets back to you within a day: I am working on create a new version of Panda theme for TB, it will get released soon, please wait for a while if you are not in a rush of fixing the visual problem of loyalty rewards module. No it wasn’t installed. Scanning the millions of rows might be faster than me adding google api :) Would analytics even work if the shop is always on maintenance? Google can probably find a way behind closed doors :) When I checked replies and got the forum error page I had to check twitter for news, thought the world was ending :) Don’t bail on us yet!!! Still have to press live!

Turned off demo mode that showed all the demo stats now they all keep spinning. Is this a php version issue? Not sure if this is a bug or operator fault :)

Wow, pretty impressed with the TB stripe module! Nice that it just worked at checkout after setting up stripe account which was pretty quick also. Questions: Checkout not sure to enable stripe checkout When I enable stripe checkout in the module there is a credit card box at checkout plus a box pops up for credit card info if I click on pay with stripe. Why two places to enter credit card info? If I disable stripe checkout there is only the TB section to enter payment. On the stripe pop up where does the email info come from TB BO or stripe? I changed my email with stripe but it did not change on the pop up. The circle on top, is there a place to add an image? Answer found: image can be added on stripe account under receipts Pop up after clicking on stripe Apple pay Do I need an apple developer account? The documents look like they are for developers not end user installing a module. Apple pay in stripe generates a file to add to domain. Does the module add the file? Just checking the box to enable in the module there is no place to add this info. Bitcoin Do I need a bitcoin key account or does stripe convert the bitcoin then deposit the funds to my bank as regular money?

Same, let my backup run over night since it never ended! Update/rollback seemed to work perfectly a month or so ago, seems something has changed. Finally cancelled the back up next morning thought it was backing up entire host with all those files! :) Found the backups I didn't think were made in admin>autoupgrade>backup but have not checked yet if they are complete. They do not show up in rollback. For now I'm using cpanel to compress my shop and save as a zip file along with php admin and TB to save the database then download to desktop. At least I hope it is backed up, haven't tried a restore yet! Wish there was a quick and easy way to do this automagically in TB! There isn't anything more important than a backup!

Is this even possible after I mistyped a word? Searched database and translations found nothing. Couldn't find an attributes edit button for the word itself. Hate to think I have to delete 20+ attributes and redo them to keep them all alphabetical just to change a couple letters :( I see there are a bunch of paid modules but this should be included for spelling errors?

Mail alerts module seems to be working fine except there is no text to show a customer they already requested an in stock email notification. Is it possible to add something like "you have requested in stock email notification" to be shown after a customer requests it instead of it being blank? Changed my translations a bit... After clicking the in stock email notification: Returning to page if customer forgot they might think the option isn't available since the option to request is gone and is blank:

@zimmer-media can't answer your question but I uninstalled loyalty module for now. Even with fixes, no cache etc it is still causing me grief. I have more important TB things to work on then giving discounts at the moment but will be watching this thread to add it back in the future :) PS Nice yarn!

Can't tell you how many hours wasted walking away coming back trying to do this! :( Wish we could get these sort of fixes pushed daily/weekly/whenever to our BO in case they are missed on the forum. Was just putting together an email for Panda dev asking how to do it. For those not sure how to make the fix, this worked for me: Went to github to copy the whole controllers/admin/AdminThemesController.php chose raw file then copied it Found my file on cpanel renamed the old one (just in case) then replaced it with the new github one.

Hi @CaitlynMSL please post if you find a way to do this. I'm using Panda theme index columns do not change no matter what I check in advanced theme settings or modules>positions. See if this helps change default theme for you youtube video

Changed the product name instead not sure I like either method, might just go back to adding the three options as individual products like I had it. On a similar note if I have a product that sells for $100.00 but have 20 attribute varieties for them to choose just four for $100.00, can that be done? And if they choose five, have the price increase by $25.00? Just want the minimum be $100 it can go over. I'm trying to do a wholesale first time order package but let them choose from all the varieties. Not sure I'm going about this correctly.

Instead of having three products listed with different quantities/pricing I used the product attribute...but wherever the item shows up only the lowest price shows. Is there a way to have it shown as $6.00-$55.00 so it shows there are quantity/price options once you click on the item then you choose once inside the product?

Thanks for clarifying @lesley Works for panda as well but not for the layout :( same category products and featured products are all in a long line now. Still waiting to hear back from him on another issue. Weekend I guess. Is there supposed to be a page that explains loyalty rewards to the customer? Not finding anything in sitemap or does it show up under their account like the referral program? Haven't added payment module yet to check.

I'm getting the same with Panda Reward points were most definitely there earlier shown in cart before I cleared cache to try and resolve a category image not updating. Just checked and now my items have no rewards. Checked firefox chrome safari Reset module, reloaded page, the reward points appear for a second then are replaced with the "no reward points for this product" Uninstall/install same results, something forces the reward to quickly be replaced with no reward text
