It would take something more than smarty to make it work with both the first and the last name.

I would not heed their recommendations, they are made blindly to sell you on getting a CDN. They aren't using any actual loading metric to see if you need one. The CDN feature works fine in thirty bees, I have tested it myself. The only time we recommend using them though is to prevent port saturation, which is rare for most sites.

How big is your market? Where is your target audience? A CDN is a very low level optimization and over used in my opinion. We use them with clients, but only under certain circumstances, which I do not feel come into play here.

It is a very subjective question. It depends what you are looking.

The error you are seeing in the admin panel is not a big deal at all. It is just a notice from smarty about an undefined variable which is a quick way of checking variables. It does not affect functionality or performance at all. If anything it would increase performance. The mail, you won't get it in your mail / spam folder. Outlook will not deliver it, it will be dropped at the server level. You have to use an email from your domain, or set your domain up to send the emails from outlook. I have not used outlook.com for emails, so I am not sure if that is possible.

Is just a notice, I would not worry about it. Is because you are using php mail to send from outlook. You are not getting them because of dmarc / spam rules. You need to use an email address off of your domain. I can let you know when we have it ported over.

I did not, I am getting real hit or miss scenarios with the module. It seems every conflict I looked at had another blog module installed.

There are two modules you need to go into, Contact Information Block, and Contact infos block. That is where you can remove them.

This was a weird issue there were two bad comments in the php.ini editor that on the max execution and the max input time. It made the PHP processor fall back to 2mb. Deleting the bad comments fixed everything.

If you go to Localizations -> Translations, you can change the word Reference to SKU in there.

It sounds like mod_security is being activated on your server. Ask your host to white list the rule that is being triggered.
