  1. So i found that at least one language can not be installed directly via back office due to decompress error. After that I Have tested many other languages and there is not problem with the TB but it has to be with the language file. I tried to install Slovenian (Slovene) language and it gives me that error. Main language in shop is English as I don't sell anything in my country, but have to have the Slovenian language as option to comply with my local laws.
  2. I like the original 1.6 theme, as I can customize it easily (colors and small stuff) and it also works well on my TB test install. But every eyes have their own view :)
  3. But at least he showed that PS intentionaly deprecated the module for lower versions, when they offering it for free for 1.7. Just for the couse of downgrading 1.6 to new "better" 1.7 :)
  4. Damn. I'm no coder, so I didnt have any luck trying to get the checkboxes working :) Your port works fully also on PS :)
  5. Lesley hat geschrieben: im 1 oder 2 tagen. Nicht heute.
  6. Deadline is arround the corner. So any news on TB side? PS already sold 1000+ of their buggy module (they are calling opened support tickets - love letter)
Dejan
  9. Hi SnowyCat. Yes I know this, and I can hardly wait. Preparing to migrate already.
  10. Have not tested again the 1.7 module on TB. Only things that are to do are commenting following lines in file psgdpr.php // $this->psversion = (bool)versioncompare(PSVERSION_, '1.6', '>='); // $this->psversionscompliancy = array('min' => '1.6', 'max' => PSVERSION_); Than module installs without problems, but as said before everything works except consent boxes (front and admin settings). And in my account there is no nice button for "My Personal Data" link where one can download all his information. Module can be easily downloaded if you install test 1.7 store for obtaining the module. Than just copy it to your TB install for further testing.
  11. 1.7 module does not work correctly. I was just testing it. Showing consent's does not work in front office, neither enabling/disabling them in backoffice. You could try if this free one works. https://www.tecnoacquisti.com/en/free-modules/60-prestashop-free-gdpr-compliance-rgpd-2016679-.html
  12. Change the min-version in install script. Only what is not working is Consent boxes in the front, and same in admin area - the consent tab does not save as it exits. And GDPR has no button in MyAccount area, just text, but exporting my data works. How far is Thirtybees with it's own GDPR solution? Thank you. Dejan
  13. Have installed the 1.7 PS official onto TB 1.0.4 and PS 1.6.1.18. It installs on both (had to change min-version), delete data works in admin on both. Get data in front as .pdf works only on PS, and checkboxes doesn't work on neither :) It seems that module is almost same for both 1.6 and 1.7 as it has all the needed templates.
  14. There must be some other error, as I noticed that to on my test store. (default instalation). As if clicking on login page or any other page, icons appear and stay. Same as rackmetro.com as I just checked that with firefox.
  15. Than same thing would be most likely possible with "consent checkbox", just placing the hook to the desired module? I think that's how the PS module works.
  16. Currently the best module for PS GDPR is not the official one, but the one that was relased 1 month before with 149€ price tag :)
  17. A solved the contact form on my current PS store with extending the original customerprivacy block, so I realy hope TB will have that option included, or at least that one can manualy add needed hooks and overrides to the contact form. Common sense is what Lesley says, but as email is considered as personal data, user should know (and thick that he know - even if he didn't read it like 99%) whatfor his email that was provided into the contact form will be used for :) You all know that common sens does not always wins over stupidity :)
  18. They cant get me onto 1.7 with some free GDPR module, or even by paying me to use it. So just make sure you add consent/info box also on contact us form. Better 1 checkbox to many as 1 to less.
  19. Would have already donated, but my CC month limit already 99% full do to internet buys, and it resets on 18th. So if I migrate, the money which would be spent on GDPR module will for sure be donated.
  20. That is very nice to hear. As i started playing with manual migration of my store to TB yesterday (on backup)
  21. Have you ever thought about same crowdfounding for GDPR in TB? I think money should get in fast. Yeah, for all normal minded (lawyers and other law enforcment excluded) pushing the button means they consent. User must know what will happen with his personal data before he pushes the button and agree to it as email is personal data. Basicaly data privacy block extended into contact form (easily done).
  22. But based on pictures I stil think they are missing something for contact form, as one who contact us does have to know what happens with his data entered on contact request (his email) :)
  23. Just want to tell that Official PS GDPR module for 1.6 versions is out.
  24. Change your php to 5.6 for the migration process
  25. Also the main cookie (prestashop session) cookie should have the expiration set to 0, so it expires after session ends and acts as true session cookie.
