Customer Follow Up

Hey Everyone, I just realized one of the Prestashop modules I used to use called Customer follow-up is not included with Thirty Bees. Can this be installed? Do I need to make any changes to make it work?

Or does Mailchimp now handle the customer follow up emails?

What about Backoffice -> Orders -> Orders? There's a messages section when displaying a single order and these messages will be sent by email, too.

Well the customer follow up module is designed to check if an existing customer has not made an order within x days to send them a coupon code with a discount to encourage them to return and make a new order. It also handles a few other automation emails which is really nice for merchants.

That would be a great module. Good find!

But with mailchimp its even nicer (in my opinion). Nice email templates, if all set correct you dont have to look after it. You can segment your userlist in many ways. I highly recommend Mailchimp.

@baarssen Aha! So Mailchimp can also take different order statuses and user types and email according to that? I didn't know. That is indeed interesting.

I dont know if that is possible with the standard module of thirtybees( i use a paid one from Business Tech) and thatone is very good. But maybe it also works with the standard from TB. Just test it out :)
