lesley Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 Does anyone actually use the fake context menu that the editor creates? Or would people prefer it disabled so they can paste and use spell check as normal?
BlindPenguin Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 Never noticed there is a menu. I usually use keyboard shortcuts for copy+paste actions. The menu is quite nice. The only thing i would wish for, is a configuration page for the editor.
lesley Posted May 16, 2018 Author Posted May 16, 2018 I don't know about a configuration in this version. But I was considering disabling the menu since it blocks out using the spell check
Pedalman Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 Vekia (Milos) from mypresta.eu wrote long time ago but still cares for a tinymce editor pro module. In a nutshell he modded it and added nice stuff. For most not essentially must have stuff but I wanted to say that. Perhaps you could pimp Tinymce to support 'shortcuts' so we can use it in the future when Thirtybees sports a community theme visual editor like elementor or Iquit's version in his templates. Then we could start layouting the hell out of our pages ;)
DaoKakao Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 @lesley said in Tinymce questions: Does anyone actually use the fake context menu that the editor creates? Or would people prefer it disabled so they can paste and use spell check as normal? As for me this menu is totally useless and annoying.
Traumflug Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 I was considering disabling the menu since it blocks out using the spell check Sounds like a reason to remove it. As far as I can see, all functionality is accessible without it as well.
