Problem with url blocklayered filter

I'm trying to get a direct URL to a category filtered by manufacturer, for this, I'm trying use the blocklayered module.

The problem is when I try to access the URL directly, it doesn't filter me. Could it be done with this module? Is there any way?

Maybe @lesley @datakick or @Jonny can help... We've tried to solve this from a few weeks ago but today we think it can be a bug, I'm not sure. Thanks!

Here this happens when the URL contains not western symbols (in my case - Cyrillic letters).

Thanks to all, the theme had in the /themes/xx/modules/blocklayered directory a translation that was breaking everything.
