Modules and Services - Any recommendation

Hi, everyone, I'm kinda new here and I just installed thirty bees for my first e-commerce store. I just wanna ask everybody base on your experience, what is the must-have modules and services that would you recommend and why?

I think reviews are very important. https://www.getdatakick.com/extras/revws-product-reviews/ is a great module that helps gather reviews.

In my opinion the best approach is: use as few modules as possible. I always ask myself: Do I really need this? If there is not a clear yes to this answer, I won't install a module.

In genereal you should ask: what will help me to get visitors? What will transform visitors into customers? What will transform a customer into a rebuying customer?

I agree with @30knees that reviews are very helpful and there datakicks module is the way to go. You should also have a blog module (or something similair) to produce content.

Yep, it depends on what you NEED your store to do. Because of the nature of our products the ONLY module that is essential to us is the Advanced Search module to allow good filtering based on product features. Every thing else is icing on the cake 

 

Oh, apart from a reliable payment module of course
