Prestashop 1.7 to thirty bees

I just purchased the prestashop 1.7 migration module to thirty bees.

But i don't understand how to get it to work. Can anybody help? i contacted thirty bees but no response.

Ok, you should contact Migrationpro. They are the developer of the module. Maybe they will answer your questions.

As far as I can se you must have two installations, one is your curren Prestashop and the other one is the Thirtybees shop. The modules connects the two shops and will migrate the data.

Well that's not so good that there's no contact possibility listed on thirtybees marketplace page! Why is something that important missing? What if a module doesn't work, what if support is needed? What if money needs to be refunded because the module is just broken and the creator doesn't care? Why does thirty bees not answer in the first place as it's clearly their job to answer when there's no other contact options available (which should be mandatory for every module creator to list on their modules pages)...

It might not have been answered as fast as he wanted, but it was answered in under 24 hours.
