0 yaniv14
I believe you purchased a module for Prestashop 1.7 which is not compatible with ThirtyBees because ThirtyBees is based on Prestashop 1.6
0 wakabayashi
Are you sure you have bought/installed PS 1.6 version? I never saw such a function registerJavascript() in TB or PS 1.6. If you are sure, that you have a 1.6 module, then it would mean that the module is not recognizing TB as 1.6 and delivers 1.7 as default.
0 kaidao
Thanks for your answer, but no I bought a 1.6 version, I asked the support service and they tell me that thirtybees is not a proper prestashop version 1.6...But I have tone of prestashop 1.6 modules and they all work perfectly...They don't want to hear about me... 0 kaidao
I'll write another mail to the service, that for your suggestions, in fact it says from version 1.6.0 to 1.7.6...

0 kaidao
By the way does anyone of you have an equivalent of this kind of module for customizing t-shirts working with thirtybees?
0 datakick
registerJavascript method was introduced into FrontController in ps17 https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/blob/develop/classes/controller/FrontController.php#L1043 There is no such method in ps16 https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop-1.6/blob/master/classes/controller/FrontController.php Therefore, the module you purchased is not compatible with ps16 (and in extension with thirtybees)
0 kaidao
Thanks, this confirm that the module I bought is not 1.6...on the web site it says compatibility from 1.5 to 1.7, so i asked them to check and to send me a 1.6 version..Thanks for your support
0 Mediacom87
They should especially be asked to learn how to develop modules for PrestaShop. There he calls a method specific to version 1.7 in a hook typical of 1.6, while there is a hook specific to 1.7 to properly call this method. Basically amateurism. Ask for a refund because this module will never work on 1.6, just do a test.
0 kaidao
I contacted the support : solvercircle lab (http and not https), they asked me all the admins and ftp pass to check their modules and they end up telling me that my version of prestashop was a modified version of prestashop because of thirtybees, so for that it requires a modification of their module and of course a cost for this operation...Then I had the idea to contact thirtybees forum yesterday to have maybe some clue of what was wrong..I have been sending 3 mails to explain what Datakick explained to me not mentioning anyone of course, and they just ask me to write a mail for an estimation to another service, I asked them to send me a proper version of their module..I will see what the answer will be and if it is negative, I'll ask for a refund..I see it coming that way.. Does anyone of could eventually modify this module to work on 1.6? Is it possible to do it without breaking rules of property of the module? and if it is a problem, does anyone of you know about an equivalent module ,an alternative? 0 Mediacom87
So, after a quick analysis of this module ... run away ! 1- the code, as we had identified, is not compatible with PrestaShop 1.6 2- I tested their demonstration and know that if you are not using Google Chrome as a browser, it does not work properly. 3- The module is incomprehensible in its use, no documentation is provided, no help on the fields to configure, nothing, just figure it out. Yes, there is a documentation and you can find it only on the sales site, not even in the link in the module. 4- the code is deplorable, it's an amalgam of stuff without any optimization, if I had an employee who produced this he would be fired quickly.
