Product reviews missing

Fresh install added productcomments module

can leave review approve shows 1 review

but when you click to read review it goes to "be the first to write your review!" no reviews below

default theme cache cleared different browsers not logged in all the same result

did you leave the comment as logged user? if you always been not logged than the system won't recognize you as the user who wrote the review. anyway I will check that module functionality because I am not really familiar with that module

First was logged in BO but I seem to recall last install they showed up if I left test reviews

Tested again chrome and firefox as logged out still not showing after approved Have set to allow guest reviews

@lesley I also just tested it and its working fine. I cannot reproduce the bug describe here. I believe that @vzex theme is not updated. tpl files and js file comes from the theme folder and not the module root folder.

Hmm that could be the case, but I am not aware of any breaking updates in the theme. I think they are using the latest too because of the fixtures / color scheme of it.

That appears to be a theme bug. You should let the developer know, he said he would support thirty bees.

Hm could this be a permissions issue? Bluehost forces everything to 775 not 755 and 654 not 644

This was a fresh install using default theme downloaded two days ago from https://thirtybees.com/download/

I did have panda installed prior to the fresh install but that should not be affecting the fresh default and database install

Installed panda this morning before I left for the day checking panda theme the number/stars are there but the review is missing again!

What is the link for the freshest newest?

PS sorry TB coffee for the less than 5 star review, you know, testing :)

I'm hesitant to start changing all the TB permissions and break something although permissions are breaking things now.

Those are the correct permissions for the files.

I saw in another thread the developer of Panda is still working a few compatibility bugs out. You might try their support system.

Ok, I see the issue, its not allowing guest comments. I will get it fixed today and post an update.

No, there is still a bug in it. I think Fabio is going to commit a fix in a few. Its not taking guest reviews into consideration.
