Module eucookieconsent

I wonder if is fine to remove the it scripts below. It looks like remove it I can improve the performance, but I have no idea if the above scripts is needed.

This module does not comply with current EU law, which requires a cookie manager installed, where the customer chooses which cookies to allow and which not to allow.

I'm using it. The only drawback is that is not multilingual but if you have a 2+ lang site you can use their paid module.

I downloaded the js files and modified the code to work locally and everything in Google is OK so far.
