Livezilla module for thirty bees

I can't hear sound. The email icon is in the preview, but my site doesn't show anything of LiveZilla. The preview looks right.

I just checked your page source there isn't livezilla code showing.

OK, but it's in prestochangeo which shows: "LiveZilla code updated".

and LIvezilla link is https://www.alwayspaws.com/livezilla but I can only either configure LZ or try the demo.

Can you give me a screenshot of what it looks like on your site? Just crop out anything you don't want showing. :)

In chrome if I right click on your website page body>view page source to see the code there is no livezilla code there. Did you click "update" to save your code in the presto module because it's not showing up.

Uncheck hide livezilla in presto if that doesn't work try generating the code without passthrough enabled because that is the only difference we have.

@vzex did you have to add the code to the body of something? That may be the clue.

OK but before i do that, did you edit a body template?

No thats the purpose of the presto module it adds the code to your website.

If that doesn't work maybe @Briljander can explain how they added it to the footer code in warehouse you could try it that way instead.

You code isn't saving for some reason.

I unchecked the hide Livezilla but it says "Hide the Livezilla image (keep tracking users)". I'll regenerate the code but when I selected static code there were at least 3X as many code lines in it. I'll try it anyway!

That box being unchecked is confusing but having it unchecked is what worked for me.

Can you please view your code in your version of LiveZilla and see if it's what you had when you installed it before?
