alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 I can't hear sound. The email icon is in the preview, but my site doesn't show anything of LiveZilla. The preview looks right.
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 @vzex BTW I took a screenshot from LiveZilla to show I selected Dynamic code.
vzex Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 I just checked your page source there isn't livezilla code showing. This is the button for the screen where visitors show up
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Is that a question? Also the demo works but not on my site.
vzex Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 The link in your signature doesn't show any livezilla code
vzex Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 https://www.alwayspaws.com/ Is that where you are trying to use it?
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 OK, but it's in prestochangeo which shows: "LiveZilla code updated". and LIvezilla link is https://www.alwayspaws.com/livezilla but I can only either configure LZ or try the demo.
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Can you give me a screenshot of what it looks like on your site? Just crop out anything you don't want showing. :)
vzex Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 In chrome if I right click on your website page body>view page source to see the code there is no livezilla code there. Did you click "update" to save your code in the presto module because it's not showing up.
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Screenshot of prestochangeo and livezilla:
vzex Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 Uncheck hide livezilla in presto if that doesn't work try generating the code without passthrough enabled because that is the only difference we have.
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 @vzex did you have to add the code to the body of something? That may be the clue.
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 OK but before i do that, did you edit a body template?
vzex Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 No thats the purpose of the presto module it adds the code to your website.
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 That's what I thought. OK, let me try what you said to do.
vzex Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 If that doesn't work maybe @Briljander can explain how they added it to the footer code in warehouse you could try it that way instead. You code isn't saving for some reason.
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 I unchecked the hide Livezilla but it says "Hide the Livezilla image (keep tracking users)". I'll regenerate the code but when I selected static code there were at least 3X as many code lines in it. I'll try it anyway!
vzex Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 That box being unchecked is confusing but having it unchecked is what worked for me.
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Ok, well it's still unchecked. Can you please see if you can see my chat box now?
vzex Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 Still not seeing the livezilla code show up on your page source
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Here https://www.alwayspaws.com/ or here: https://www.alwayspaws.com/livezilla/
vzex Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 It works on your server page but not on website sent you a message
alwayspaws Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 @vzex One last thing and then I have to put this off for a stormy weather day! lol. Can you please view your code in your version of LiveZilla and see if it's what you had when you installed it before?
