  1. If you want information like Anna asks for yes you have to watch mouse/browser actions from that users until they drop out of the funnel, else you don’t get viable data to work with.
  2. Aint it a security hassard to run 3 years old code ? :|
  3. I think the best option her is to use something like hotjar, since it allows you to look in to where they leave
  4. The best option here would be just to actually send out a link in the e-mail that reset and auto generate a password, that way there is no issue with new front-end additions :)
  5. Uhh getting closer to a release of the LiveZilla module, testing it out right now, bit of work left before it's there but we are getting close :D
  6. Google Pagespeed = Nothing dont waste time on it, it's out dated, and testet from one place in the world.
  7. Should be quite easy to do actually, since TB uses the passwordverify and passwordhash feature for login
  8. @Pedalman did you remember to login to the frontend to ? You need to do that since it's only some stuff that's actually saved in APCu :)
  9. Just wondering why the "module" is not using login information from TB? would it not make a lot more sence if it did? And be more secure? and since it allready uses the MySQL db connectet to the store it should be quite easy to actually add that, not a fan of hardcoded logins at all. But i like what you have done just think it could be better if it used the store admin logins.
  10. Just checked your site, and you need your developer to look in to the following thigs. 1) Make sure EVERY item is loaded via HTTPS, currently you got some items that loads via HTTP this makes the browser show your site as insecure. 2) You need to look in to the speed of the site, the site is very slow currently, and for me sitting in Denmark the load time is 5-8 sec, this will actually loose your customers to, according to GTMetrix with there London location used is 13 Sec loading time this should be a main focus to fix - You should read https://blog.kissmetrics.com/loading-time/ 3) Leverage browser caching - needs to be sortet out to, right now you dont use the browser caching at all, and this is important since revisitors have to load the elements over and over again when they switch pages on your site, with Leverage browser caching turned on, they only have to load it once (unless they flush there browser cache) and this will give some improvements in load, not for first visitors tho.
  11. Do you got a One Page Check Out module installed?
  12. I am glad i could help!
  13. @alwayspaws glad to hear :) It's just the easy way of removing the fields with out changing the tpl files hehe :)
  14. alwayspaws if i recall right you are using transformer theme you can actually just use CSS to hide the fields :) Go to Modules >> Theme editor >> Custom Codes >> And add this below to Custom CSS Code .account_creation .date-select { display: none; } Since DOB is not required field this should not give any issues at all.
  15. The solution is to go in to the tpl file and actually just remove the DOB part :) quite easy.
  16. Ahh that one :) This is very different then it has nothing to do with the FAQ, it's integration where you can put in your chat code. And a integration that uses the API of LiveZilla where all contact forms send data to livezilla and create a ticket with the right group etc. Ex we got 4 different shops, each got a group in LiveZilla, so the idea is we can take care of all CS in LiveZilla and avoid using the build in support system, and move away from normal e-mail reply's reason is we have a couple of times done double CS on customers because the mail client dos not always tell when one replyed.
  17. @Briljander not sure what the proxy module is ? Is that the module where you only insert the chat box code? or what? Then the contact forms are still not captured to livezilla tho, and thats the point with bridging.
  18. @briljander said in Livezilla module for thirty bees: What do you mean with bridge? I tried your proxymodule but couldn't understand how to get it working. But I do think Livezilla is great. I emailed them 3-4 weeks ago about android app missing datestamp in ticketmessage making it hard to see when email was sent. They answered the day after and 1-2 weeks later it was implemented. When he says a bridge, a way for the contact form to send data directly to LiveZilla, and Integrating the chat easy with the code you get from LiveZilla, so you can manage all your support chains in LiveZilla.
  19. but the cleaner removes everything besides test orders to.
  20. It wont hurt if you ad them again i think :)
  21. And if you had a buyer that later then tells you hey im from Ukrain Crimea what ever, then what can you do? Nothing since Envato then will close your account and the situation ends like this.
  22. Still they are quite locked down if they sell on Envato to keep a good split they can only sell thrue Envato, so the issue here is still did this person buy via Envato, if he did Envato is actually responsible not Jonny. @dynambee
  23. I have asked Jonny abit more about this, hope he can tell abit more about the situation, because like i see it right now, Envato is trying to make Jonny the scape goat.
  24. Again, if he did sell something to a sanctioned company, then again aint that Envatos problem @dynambee ;) - Then there platform allowes sanctioned countrys to buy from there site. What i dont get here is still, HOW can envato make a case, with out them having fucked up in the start?
  25. I still wonder how envato got proff of this again if there proff is based on contact form via there page, then they actually is the issue.
