lol, I wish I could you have to tick sign up for newsletter and receive special offers, if you don't you get that message and back to sign up page .. Hi I sure I had it working , but tonight a customer sent an email saying why they had to opt into receiving a newsletter and receive special offers as it is against EU regulation I've tried a few things in FTP / authentication-create.tpl but they still ask for authentication even after they have been removed ...How do you turn these off so they can choose to tick boxes rather than have to tia

mmmmmmmmmm I deleted a colour and re-entered it using The Combinations Generator and all the attributes have changed to how @musicmaster said they should and it now works correctly ...Although have no idea how I did it

I've looked a bit deeper and if you look at both pictures despite it saying stone colour if you edit it it says Clan name @musicmaster I tried separating them but they always ended up in the same column which is why I thought it to be correct. SO is this wrong @lesley As the attributes were so long I just took a screen shot of the bottom part where both sets are located If I have done it incorrect I apologise. I was just going though as I thought it to be right

Not sure what you mean. Today I tried to add 2 sets of attributes 2 a single product. But I keep getting this message This combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination. and no add to cart button. I've turn off all modules ,cleared cache in case that was at fault I searched for prestshop errors on this and most say they can't see anything wrong Any help appreciated

We have the same issue in the UK . In the end I just left it blank and it works fine . I suppose the only issue is if they don't put 1 in it still passes

Sorry jumping in here as it's a burning question I have. Next year I plan on bringing my main site over as well to TB. While I am happy with the default template for my new website do you plan to support other templates . As I would prefer another template for it. My worry with buying a prestshop template is that in the future it stops working with TB and some of them are not cheap TIA

Eventually found a home page module ..Although still had the same issue ,but managed to over come this with a full stop which is virtually un-noticed . So it now works on all variations of screens

If it's good for seo . Please may I try it

Try going to Advanced Parameters / Performance under Admin and at the top right corner "Clear cache" button and clear it ..It may still be picking up old images Or clear your browser

Hi Using latest version of TB 1.0.7 How can I go about writing a message on the home page. It's like a intro of what is what my site is about The only way I could do it was to use HTML Box ,which worked fine up until I discovered it was breaking under mobile pages the way I was forced to use it .. As you can see the top line is to the right ,then the next line is correct ,then mobile works .I was forcing spaces to get it to line up centre but it breaks in mobile view How can I go about making it all central.. I've tried html coding central and that doesn't work. Or is there another solution I can try and use .. I tried content box but that is on all pages and I think did the same thing tia

I've bought a few modules and even asked for help, have also stated it was a thirty bees website , none so far have had any complaints and even gone as far as testing their modules on a TB for me

Hey @Gotabor you got me banned from my own website lolol Seriously ..I installed the module , was very easy and there was no setting up in module only robot.txt I dropped the User-agent: * as already had 1 and put the Disallow code directly below # Private pages will that be all right there as I have sort of put this off sorry am hijacking someone else's post
