I think I understand but just can't seem to get it to work or am still doing something wrong

I am getting adventurous and found TB tabs from HERE .While the tabs did show up they seemed out of place and the review button was not clickable (or no tab ) Also the Data sheet was not correct either and looked like this Made From : Pewter the boxes had disappeared like in the default theme. Is there any chance I could fix this TIA

Download the TB files and reupload the admin folder with everything in it via FTP .. I doubt it is the problem but is always worth a shot

Also try reinstalling only admin ...Might be some failed files

Damn ,I've had to turn down this this offer as there were no backup and had to do everything myself 😞 So I am back on the hunt for a hosting site that runs thirty bees fast , with dedicated IP, weekly backups at least , SSL installed for you and good service all round + located in UK ... Any suggestions 🙂

Check SSL is no enabled .Prestashop does point to that as being a issue

Have you checked the modules section to see if it's disabled under mobile ..Not sure which 1 it'll be. But just a thought

Hi Does anyone know of a floating share module (preferably Free) that works with TB or even a way to get a floating widget to work with tb I've tried 1 or 2 and they don't work properly or have errors on debug.. I was using social media side bar but it had errors all the time tia

Yeah managed to work that bit out, 1st real issue with this module as well . I've done a full restore back to 1.0.7 in the end. I'm sure I checked after I did the upgrade and all was OK ... But will try again All is OK again for now
