I know it's going off topic ... But even without knowing this feature I have still managed to fix errors with the debug mode.. Makes life so much easier than Zencart ..Had to always pay someone to do it

Well more of a curiosity .. I was wanting to change a position of the my accounts to the left which I have done now. But in my header section I have 40 different hooks , is that right, they range from block best sellers, captcha , social media side bar, bees blog and even my checkout ..I only have a logo , the search bar , cart and contact us in the header.. I still don't really understand this part of TB as I have read it isn't always safe to just remove hooks bu tit can slow down or speed up your load speeds

Am I missing a point can you not block access to important info via Permissions ???? Also slight over reaction to a issue that can be easily looked into . I very much doubt Lesley would do anything to jeopardize TB with dodgy dealing in your back office

I Think it would do as it's an update ,any file edits will be reverted back to the default.. Use a back up to restore any personal changes you have done

Edited my post as found the answer higher up ,safe to delete But I have another question :) instead I downloaded TB 1.0.8 and there seem to be differences in a lot of files especially the vendor folder . I replaced it rather than deleting all those files obsolete files (Still got a backup) ..I also copied the admin folder and that has changes too Just wondering if there were any other folders that needed upgrading as I tried 1 or 2 and they broke the site ,so returned to normal

I just go to customer information double click on the email and it opens up in my default setup

Hi Can someone help Every time I try and change the colours or theme colour the outside grey areas turn black Not footer or header). Everything else seems to change to the desired colour It doesn't matter which theme I choose the outside is always black .. Resetting turns to white

I'm no expert, but have you tried downloading another copy and just staring again to see if that fixes the issues. I did it the first time as I messed up big time

Sorry I may have started off saying they were OK As I bought their module and to be honest the only issues I had were SSL related and facebook log in ,both were sorted out within a week. The rest I can't blame on them which is sales and google related
