zimmer-media Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 I noticed curious problems in 2 of my shops with v6 ... today. Since the update to v6.0.0, data has been added in the admin area in the manufacturer list in the Addresses section. Addresses of customers after ordering. Can someone else confirm this?
SLiCK_303 Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 You mean in BO>Catalog>Manufacturers at the bottom of the page... Customers addresses are being added? Not for me, if that's what you are talking about.
30knees Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 Same as for @SLiCK_303, if that's what you meant. No customer addresses shown there.
zimmer-media Posted January 31, 2018 Author Posted January 31, 2018 Yes, I actually had problems in 2 shops recently when the Paypal v6 is installed. As in the last 5er version I had incoming payments but no orders in the shop. Here the delivery addresses of the customers from the Paypal payment were stored in the manufacturers list. At the moment I am generally a bit confused, because the customer is additionally added an address by the Paypal payment. with the name paypal-adress. i do not find that very helpful or i have wrong settings for paypal.
zimmer-media Posted February 22, 2018 Author Posted February 22, 2018 Unfortunately, I'm still a bit desperate with the Paypal module. Constantly I have to save the data in the module (even without changing). At irregular intervals Paypal is therefore not available as a payment method for the customers or is not displayed. Only when I go into the module and just click on Save. Have I done something wrong in the settings or missing a component on the servers? I can not find anything in the log files / server errors. Have changed because of this problem months ago on the Paypal version 6. It's been an update from 5.2.4 to 5.3 or so, I'm just not sure anymore. Furthermore, at least since version 6, an additional address has been added to the master data for the customers. I find that confusing and wrong. This can cause errors in shipping, if the customer does not update his address at Paypal etc. Since I have read nothing in the forum so far, I seem to be the only one with this problem with my shops on different V-servers. TB 1.0.3 - Paypal v6 paypal missing after new saving adress from customer customer adress after paypal-payment an additonal adress paypal ??? why ???
30knees Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 @zimmer-media I checked whether it shows up in my shop and it does. I haven't had any problems with v6. I guess you've tried completely removing the module and re-installing it?
zimmer-media Posted February 23, 2018 Author Posted February 23, 2018 yes tried removing, reinstall clear cache - nothing helps
SLiCK_303 Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 @zimmer-media said in PayPal v6 .... problem ?: Unfortunately, I'm still a bit desperate with the Paypal module. Only when I go into the module and just click on Save. Do you have a backup/test site that has the same paypal setup in it? I did, and everytime I tested with that site, it would screw up my production site. As for the address issues, I have not noticed that on my site....
zimmer-media Posted February 24, 2018 Author Posted February 24, 2018 Now I have received an error message during a repeated attempt with debug on. lines 2001 - 2003 $sql .= '`'.$definition['primary'].'` INTEGER NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY AUTO_INCREMENT,'; foreach ($definition['fields'] as $fieldName => $field) { if ($fieldName === $definition['primary']) { from public static function createDatabase($className = null) -> line 2191 -> httpdocs/classes/ObjectModel.php
zimmer-media Posted February 24, 2018 Author Posted February 24, 2018 thanks @mdekker In debug mode there was no error during new installation and / or reset I hope and wait, that in a few hours Paypal will remain visible on the order page. https://github.com/thirtybees/paypal/commit/89ae4d2799d600f5a3bfb4a9915c31344dca14c7
zimmer-media Posted February 25, 2018 Author Posted February 25, 2018 I'm starting to get a bit frustrated. I seem to be the only one in which Paypal is no longer visible as a payment option in the order. At irregular intervals after saving the module Paypal is not visible. Do I have somewhere a wrong attitude on the different V-servers for my shops or in the Paypal attitudes?
zimmer-media Posted February 25, 2018 Author Posted February 25, 2018 It seems to be related to the AEUC module and the "Advanced checkout page" option. I will try to see it tomorrow in all shops. Since this active option Paypal is displayed in the order process, without which I have the Paypal module in between saved. Even P24 will be displayed.
30knees Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 @zimmer-media said in PayPal v6 .... problem ?: It seems to be related to the AEUC module and the "Advanced checkout page" option. That could be. I don't have it active and if I remember correctly, I had to turn it off because it caused some problems.
Pedalman Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Another guess would be to check whether APC is active and to deactivate it. I am hosted at Hetzner Europe but with APC activated in the console of Hetzner and in ThirtyBees as caching method (for page prerender cache) I have irregular problems that are similar to the one you describe. Perhaps deactivate it, make your changes and see if all is fine. Let it run that way a time and perhaps go back to APC. Just a thought, I am no expert only a troubled shop runner.
Anima Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 I was having trouble with v6.0.0 so I tried with v5.3.2 and it worked fine :)
