Troy.Roberts
Anyone else getting an issue to install warehouse on TBZ 1.0.5? I get to the stage of use this theme > Modules to install > click save and get taken to a blank page. Not a 500 error page or anything, just a blank page frame. There's nothing in the error log. 0 dosbiner
I'm using warehouse theme too. Try manual upload to themes/ and then change your theme on back office
0 Traumflug
Blank page usually means a fundamental PHP problem, like a syntax error. There should be messages in the Apache/NginX/PHP-FPM log. Location of this log depends on your hosting, it's not the one in logs/ inside the thirty bees installation.
0 the.rampage.rado
I've migrated one store and installed cleanly one other - no issue on both with 3.8.6 and 1.0.5. I don't know about 3.8.7..
0 the.rampage.rado
Just installed 1.0.6 and WH 3.8.7 - no errors or white screens on module install. Please can you tell me what module does you trouble?
0 Troy.Roberts
No it's not a 500 error page or a blank page, it's the final step screen that shows that images might need to be resized etc page that was blank, not 500 error blank, but just an empty frame with no finish button. It still seems to have installed fine however.
