Clicking on some links gets me back to Dashboard

For example, in the order page, if I click on the View Full Details buttons, the link is correctly created: 

https://librairiezbookstore.com/<secret>/index.php?tab=AdminCustomers&id_customer=5&viewcustomer&token=<secret>

But for some reason, it gets me back to the Dashboard instead of the customer page.  It happens with a few other links as well.  Any ideas why?

When you copy the url and paste it into address bar, does it work as expected? If so, then it's javascript / client side issue. If the url does not work, it's server-side dispatcher issue.

Hi .. I would remove access link to my admin asap ... Rather PM to someone who can help..

Try clearing all cache even on host site

I know about clearing cache.  Manually and otherwise - still does not work.

@datakick, regardless of what I do, the link always go back to Dashboard.  So how do I fix server side dispatcher issue?

Hard to tell, this can be caused by many things. Somebody needs to debug things

It can happen when the token is outadated/wrong.
