  1. Prestools offer that I believe- module or APP from @musicmaster
  2. I didn't say to try a prestashop with php7.4 try the TB installation with that php version.
  3. Try it with php7.4 and TB 1.3 - I think that runs better, at least when installing in locally.
  4. Can't you clean out the tmp folder? Get more space or move on to another server.
  5. Which PHP version are you runnig your localhost with? Plus the shops version.

    Upgrading

Succesfully or with some issues? If the server trys to force you, change the server. Some server cause errors.
  7. I found that TB 1.3 works smoother on PHP7.4 Locally I had severall crashes on TB 1.4 Linux and Windows alike. We run pretty old hardware though.

    spam

Block their domain. There are forms out there which compare bad words and don't let those thru. That does not mean you won't get Spam. If your marketing campaign had a lot of blog comments, forum links and other cheapo stuff, well you should mybe switch to a telegram channel as customer attention.

Silly me, > Languages > disable RTL
  10. You can set in any Catogory number. Then make sure the amount you want to show is correct.

Corrected I wonder how switch from left to right or viceversa (menu and logo). In english, products + menu and all starting from the left and in another language from the right. Adding a different language and all starts from the right. TB 1.4, Niara. on localhost. The left column and right column buttons on the theme > advanced setting have no effect.

  13. do you try to login under shop/admin123 or else?
  14. Das wird auch die einzigste Lösung sein solange man keinen Zugriff hat auf alle Einstellungen.
  15. Keeping it simple is great, specially for visitors 😉
  16. How about offering a 5% discount for returning customers? Grow a loyal customer base 😉
  18. Well in the German market it caused quiete a stir due to Google Fonts. Using things Google touches have a bad rep at least in the EU.
  19. exactly and if you don't recall a user was able to put offline a few hundred of thousand sites https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-06-08/explaining-cdns-and-why-big-websites-crash-together-quicktake WebP being from Google I would not use in any shop. Google can't be trusted. Buzzword Evil Corp 😉
  20. For a romanian shop using any kind of thirdparty Image hosting is bad for all. Clients as the shop loads slowly. Use your product image locally which is much faster and gives you more control. Why would you use webP images? First they come from Google, second not all browsers accept them.
  21. Spam is plentiful on all kind of pages nowadays. On some sites its even better to get rid of the contact form altogether. Offer other mediums, like Whatsapp, Telegram, Signal. How many sign ups we are talking about and what is the nature of the doubtful mail addresses?
  22. Most payment providers charge you extra, that is the same in Crypto. And why not? Crypto friends such as myself would rather pay directly as it was intended in the Bitcoin Whitepaper. As a payment form you just could over direct payment via your wallet. Always have one wallet to receive and one to saveguard. That makes Crypto payments attractive. Frequently when paying over cryptoand a third party provider involved you pay more rather than less. 5 bucks on $65 Payment hurts.
  23. How often you buy in your shop? I'm asking as most visitors for clothes, food etc., search over their phones. Most shops look similar on phones. Just like eggs.
  24. And why is that? IMHO it was the lack of standing out as an alternative to the all new prestashop 1.7 series which naturally caused, judging by the issues seen in the Prestashop support forum, IMO by a too hasty switch. I still believe that TB should push for more marketing. Even grassroot marketing should do the trick. Collect and write to all clients, Supporters, Forum members and push for their social media involvement. No money is needed, just give them, us, an hour of support should they (we) need that. As I see it Prestashop is using users as the test medium. Thirtybees should not fall into a similar pattern. Contrary to the car sales ideology: not buying the newest model, in software (apps, Shops) people are fixed to the idea that the newest software is, it to be the most secure. Nothing is more secure than monitoring. Having a clone shop on a different server should serve as a backup, that at a cost of 100 US a year.
