Products to test site?

Hi,

What is the best way to get my product (descriptions, images, features, prices, quantities, etc) on a test site ? Thans.

I always clone my whole shop. with database. Then you have all the info. Then I change all the emails of customer, so nothing can go wrong, while testing...

Yes. Putting a copy into another folder is an entirely separate installation.

Yes. I just do this in case something goes wrong. I don't want my customers to get any email from my testsite ;)

@wakabayashi I think I will start doing that to. I usually turn off emails but I think this is safer.

You can also clean all order data inclusive with custsomer data via some modules. I think TBcleaner can do the job. Else have a look at Vekia's free dboptimzer module ad prestaeurope.
