  1. Can you try setting up a carrier that covers the countries and see if that fixes it.
  2. The regulation is not clear enough. From my reading the legislation was drafted for front end information, like if your site posted recent sales of products or reviews. Then those have the right to be forgotten. Ecommerce data is generally considered bookkeeping data and from my reading that is not covered. I think what is needed is someone to post a definitive link or article on the matter from an ecommerce perspective.
  3. This seems to think the RTBF does noe apply to ecommerce companies, http://cyberlaw.stanford.edu/blog/2015/12/final-draft-europes-right-be-forgotten-law
  4. I think a great point could be made where all the data has to be retained. If I removed customer information and put them in as a guest, then I have no record of them any more. It would make it impossible to follow other eu laws. For instance what happens if they want to return a product for a warranty? I would not have their data any more, just generalized order data. I could refuse their return saying I cannot be sure if you were the original purchaser, the warranty was not transferable At the same time, if the government accused me of lying about where the shipments were going and said you did not really ship this many shipments out of this higher tax zone I would have no way to defend myself. I could not give them verifiable people that purchased the goods.
  5. Are you using a modified theme? Are there any js errors in the console? I just tested a default installation and it works for me.
  6. Does that kill the installation? Or can you proceed installing? At the same time, that is generated from the demo data, so if you uncheck to include it, it should install.
  7. The easiest way is going to ask them. There is no fool proof way. You can look at the different referral channels in google analytics, but google analytics does not let you track things on a per person level.
  8. I think the main thing is the right to be forgotten, which from my understanding is only about things in the public realm, but I could be wrong. The legislation was written by cave men who do not understand how technology works, that is a shame. On another note I think it would be funny to try to evade taxes with the argument that you could not see how much tax was collected because the order was deleted.
  9. @30knees It would not.
  10. Awesome, thank you!

    Payment Modules

I think the first step is to find the processor. Some countries only allow some processors. Then from there you might have to edit the template.

    Payment Modules

There is no standardization with the payment modules unfortunately. Which one are you looking at?
  13. Where exactly are you talking about? I checked out upgrade shop and I am seeing the statuses.
  14. I don't know if the splitting payments is something we can do, it would take a rewrite of every payment module I am afraid and the use case would be extremely low.
  15. True, but everything I have ever seen that keeps stock keeps it at the lowest subdivision of stock. It is however something we should look at improving in the future though, I can see the need for it.
  16. Erase or disable the demo image in the slider page.
  17. Instead of clicking the edit button from the drop down next to the slider click the view button. Like in this video, https://www.screencast.com/t/hBA0a7rjFw5W it will take you where you can add slides and edit them.
  18. Which module did you activate to turn the module module? In the configuration of the module you should be able to add the image.
  19. One thing I would like to mention about the anonymous donor that has been talked about. He has 14 products in his in 4 categories. He has been a long time client at dh42. He did not donate because he needed a better search module. With the low number of products he has he will likely never even look at the module. He donated because PrestaShop could never fix the tax problem in the core. He saw that we were making progress and getting things fixed. He believed in us and our project, that is why he donated, like I am sure many of you have. We are almost at our goal and I want to thank everyone that has helped us get there.
  20. You might need to adjust your units then that would seem like the best choice. Stock cannot be kept on partial products, there is no such thing as a half an ipad.
  21. Everything should work fine with chrome for it. They do cache funny though, a simple clearing of the cache does not fix them most of the time.
  22. The favicon in the browser bar? Is this front office or back office?
  23. Can you screenshot what the favicon is changing to.
  24. I could not reproduce any issue with this, it works fine for me on the site.
