  1. Hove over my name then click the chat button.
  2. I need you to private message me the back office login so I can see the problem and try to debug it.
  3. You just sent me one saying you could not send the login details.
  4. Private message me your admin login and what product you are talking about.
  5. Can you open a bug report for it, it sounds like it could be a bug, or needing a ux adjustment.
  6. Are you getting any kind of errors in the console log?
  7. I will have to test #1 out and see what the problem is. For #2 that is a bug in the upgrader, we need to exclude those files.
  8. No, you would have to have a base unit smaller than a meter.
  9. Are there any errors in the server log? Or any errors in the console log?
  10. Can you turn error reporting off and it will fix the issue with the errors showing on the template.
  11. What is the issue with the template, I cannot see, the shop is disabled.
  12. You should try to install the latest release that happened today, there are a lot of bug fixes in it.
  13. That is not a feature of PS or thirty bees, it takes a 3rd party module to do that.
  14. This is not possible in thirty bees, I don't know of any addon that would do this either.
  15. He answered me about it last night as well. https://content.screencast.com/users/PrestaLesley/folders/Snagit(6)/media/b0f40d33-676a-4c86-9c02-0996eb357940/07.16.2017-08.50.png
  16. Have you tried clearing the cache on the site?
  17. Have you tried clearing the cache?
  18. We use rackspace for thirty bees mails. It seems to work well.
  19. Oh, are you using a template that is not the template that comes with thirty bees? If so don't do that, you have to rely on the template maker to make those adjustments or another developer.
  20. Here is a blog post on the updated theme, https://thirtybees.com/blog/community-theme-update/ Basically you would download the theme from the link, then ftp into your site and upload the files over your current files.
  21. There are a lot of changes coming in the theme in the next version. I used seorch to help with it. I have converted the whole theme to a semantic true html5. If you download the community theme from our repo and upload it over your community theme.
  22. I do not think so, the potential for charge backs is too high. Part of the reason is using a platform is they take all the risks.
  23. I get the issue with paypal. One community member suggested we try to crowdfund on our own, without using a platform. I shut that down pretty quick, because paypal is a wildcard. They can suspend your account and freeze your funds pretty quickly and it is not something we could risk. As for the localized payments I am not too familiar with what they offer and what other countries use.
  24. our paypal is set up as [email protected] I will be sending the perks out that have been unlocked so far before I leave the office tonight.
  25. It might be. You can use the link in my footer and test it out for free for 14 days. One thing to consider with them, they do not have mail servers, so you have to use a 3rd party mail system. But at the same time they are perfectly setup for thirty bees with their caching, redis, and elastic search. Oh, they have free ssl certificates too.
