  1. Anyone figured out a solution to this? I'd like to have a flag show for USD and CAD in my currency selector as many sites do rather than text of USD/CAD or a $ symbol. Either that or a select country feature with flags that aligns the correct currency. Thanks in advance.
  2. @dosbiner, I saw this. It seems to address only the block cross selling module. Block cart, option of cross selling appears to operate indepent of this and doesn't function the same.
  3. The cross selling option of the block cart module shows deactivated products. It should just show active products. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
  4. I just tested this and pack quantities are independent of actual product quantities still. I.e. If I sell one pack that is a 3 count pack of product A. Product A's inventory is not reducing. Also, if I sell one product A, the pack quantity available does recalculate to ensure enough are still available.
  5. Is this any plan yet? Seems like should be a standard feature for any web store platform. Not surprised PS didn't have it, but surprised it's yet not in TB.
  6. I took your advice here @lesley after I kept getting various errors in google analytics. I installed the tag manager extension to debug. Found out that I was having no http response errors on every page of my site. I ended up disabling the TB google analytics module and pasting the tag code in it's entirety into a separate footer html module that installed with my theme. Now all works correctly. I'd rather be using the stock thirty bees module, or even the custom code section but I couldn't figure out the formatting to place into the code section without the script tags. Perhaps someone can guide me on formatting for custom code in TB until the guys have time to see about adjusting the actual module. Here is my tag from GA (scrubbed):
  7. Figured it out. Once the product is created on Amazon, manufacturer is no longer required for the sync. I just removed it from my 30B store and it's gone again.
  8. Hey all, I'm trying Common-services amazon sync module. It requires that the manufacturer is populated for products. No biggee, but I don't want that to show on the product page since we manufacture our own products and that's all we sell. How do I hide this from my product pages? I'm using the warehouse theme and believe it may be populated by that theme....but am not certain.
  9. I have both installed with no issue.
  10. Now you're cooking. Well done on the quick updates and release.
  11. Not sure I worded it the best way in my initial post. Here is what happens: - User goes on site anonymously and adds a product to their cart - Site is setup to not charge tax unless within a certain U.S. state. Also set to show a separate tax line in the checkout. - User's default cart page shows correctly - price, shipping, total at the top - User enters their shipping information - TB recognizes the state as taxable and adds sales tax to the total line at the top. No separate tax line is displayed. - If user refreshes the page manually, the tax line appears as it should have originally. So, basically the error is that the tax line doesn't appear unless the user refreshes the page. It's confusing to a shopper.
  12. After a user logs in to order, if they are in a taxable area, the total updates at the top but doesn't show the tax line until the page is refreshed. It should show the tax line immediately when it calculates the tax into the total.
  13. I just did a .03 to .05 update as @Traumflug indicated. No issues. All works well.
  14. In that case, can anyone describe whether they are using successfully and some details? Looking to confirm that inventory counts sync to Amazon. Also do inbound orders from Amazon have ability to turn off emails, etc, since they will already get them from Amazon?
  15. @Common-Services Do you offer a trial period to ensure it's working as needed?
  16. I think it may be the customer's email client. Thanks. We'll do some more testing.
  17. Tracking URL dropping a dot in hyperlink on email. See after USPS and before com in hyperlink. Displayed URL is correct and what is entered for carrier in back office. See photo. How do I fix this?01532571499583screenshot.pdf
  18. @spidawebs I have the same issue with shipstation. Curious to know if 1.0.5 works correctly
  19. Keep up the great work @lesley and team. Software bugs are always present is development. As long as they're prioritized and resolved in timely fashion then progress is being made.
  20. Wasn't working for me. Then it dawned on me that my theme my have it's own version. It did. Which were exactly the same as the core emails. I just deleted the mails folder from my theme directory and now I don't see prestashop anymore on the emails.
  21. I had some issues here as well. I had to create a new API in Mailchimp. Disable the old API. Then in the thirtybees module, I added the new API, added the tax choice, and synced the shop. Then it finally connected. I was able to do a full sync of orders, carts, products, etc right afterward. Still working on getting the CRON jobs running correctly though. Check this blog for some of the details. It's missing some info for us non-developer folks though. https://thirtybees.com/native-modules/new-module-mailchimp/
  22. I was able to get this connected, sort of, @mdekker . Now I'm an error on the cron remaining jobs when they run. Could not open input file: modules/mailchimp/cli.php Any idea why?
  23. @mdekker I'm not seeing a hook available for displayHeader. Instead, I just have Header as a hook for the frontend. Mailchimp is hooked here as well as displayFooter and I still don't get the connected sites option. Script is also disabled as well.
