I've certainly seen sites with it setup like that, its just a matter of how you do your theme. I'm not sure, but I think the sunnytoo themes do that.

For me, this happened months after i did my change over to tb. Also many many order afterward as well. It seemed very random, and has only happened once for me.

@Kleijn36 thanks for the Dutch translation of the BO and emails, I have added it to the module.

New version released. This one has a little better hints (and I mean little). Also it fixes some logic so you can pick 0 for either Send after or Send before. This way you can pick 0 on Send after, and it will send emails, that hit your picked order state/s, today. Also you can set Send before to 0, so it will send requests for all your orders, not just ones that are say, 30 days old. I don't necessarily think you should set Send before to 0, as it will send out a LOT of emails that way, but you do as you wish. I think I'm making it more confusing by trying to explain it, I think you know what I mean, by setting these options to 0..... ;)

@MockoB Why would you belittle someone that tried to help you for like 2 hours or something? Why would you act so un-appreciative, I dont understand. Plus you dont even use tb, so whats the point? @wakabayashi is a good member here, please don't drive him out.....

you could goto your db, edit tblogsrr_email table, and delete the entries for the dates that didnt work, then manually run the cron job. backup your database first, in case something goes wrong....

New version out, with above bugfix. Just install over your current version. (thanks @Chandra for the bug report). Or, you could change that line like I asked @Chandra to do, either way. This only affects people that set Number of products to 0.

yup, worked for me. sorry, my logic was a little off in that statement, I'll fix it and do another release. Thanks for the bug report!

In the configuration of the module, I assume you have Number of products set to > 0?

You might change line 262 which reads: if ($np <= $number_products || !empty($number_products)) { to: if ($np <= $number_products || $number_products == 0) { in the modules sendreviewrequest.php file. I dont think thats it though, it should at lest be showing {products}. very strange.

You might try deleting your /themes//modules/sendreviewrequest folder, if you have one, and assuming you haven't modified the email templates.

So the email is being sent out, but it's just showing {products}, instead of the actual product links/pics? Are you sure the browser is not to blame, like in hotmail were you may have to click on the 'show content' for things to actually show? I just confirmed the module was sending out a product list for me. Are you using english or a different language? Is your store multishop?

I feel ya brother..I understand. I would do the same thing if my sales were affected so badly.

@nickon I do not, and did not, expect any sort of compensation for my modules, I did it purely to help the community, to support tb. I'm sure the other guys are the same. But, I do understand what you are saying, trying to help promote that kind of action. I think as long as tb is a strong platform, people will be inclined to help it, and the community, without any sort of 'give back'. At least I would hope so....
