First of all I want to thank @yaniv14 for the time spent on my test shop! I just made clean install of thirty bees 1.0.3 without demo products. Changed the view of the back end theme and added a directory called new1. After that on the main category menu I am able to see Home category (which I don't usually see) and when I try to add another category and make it sub, I can't expand the tree. Those are all the steps I did, so if anyone has any suggestions is welcome! I can't believe I am the only one experiencing that issue, it is at least 4 clean instalations with or without demo products and same behavior every time. If anyone believes can help with solving the issue please write me message to give you access to the server and backoffice! Here are pictures with the home category listed and the "expanded" category tree.

@nickon i received already some offers for help from developers. Not with price because I don't have particular design I liked yet ... @moy2010 I wish I knew smarty, CSS, etc. unfortunately I don't :( But that is exactly what I need from developer, remake of the community theme with custom one and couple of previously purchased modules.

But @nickon thirty bees community theme has almost every feature all others have but it is light and with great performance. Just one issue with it - I don't like it, but it is my problem. I believe that theme could be eye catching and fast but it depends on developer's capabilities. Personally I think that google doesn't deserve a cent and I prefer to give 5000 for SEO instead to google. They are ruin the search results with their paid search and showing mainly NON relevant results, which is against their policy, but that is another topic to discuss.

There are very beautiful variants of the transformer theme! But @Euria aren't the customization options what kill the performance? Too many js and CSS files to load. At least all themes I tried, which could be modified, got performance issues. That's why I need custom made template to avoid those problems. That's the way I understand it, correct me if I'm wrong.

Just made clean 1.0.3 install with demo products like @yaniv14 suggested. Tried to add sub category and the category tree expanded as it should. Then I used the TB cleaner and added another sub category. Then uninstalled all unnecessary modules and added the custom template (without switching to it). Now again I can't add sub category because the category tree just doesn't expand. @zimmer-media also tried your trick without any success :(

Did you met the same issue?

I was going to pay the developers of the theme I bought but they don't even bother to reply a ticket... to be honest I would like to stay away from such popular template like transformer. I will risk brand authenticity I believe ... but I will definitely check them out because I saw they have great support!

I installed it today, installed the template, tried some performance caching options, uninstalled some modules. That's it.

May I give you back office credentials and check it yourself :)

@Traumflug I'm talking about design without any functionality modifications. 50 000 euro is way too much for simple template. There are custom themes selling for $2000 with single license. It's just me who can't decide what I need... @nickon Thanks for your suggestion. I will check their templates! But you should agree that looks is what catches the eye at first. @interfinet Thanks for your offer, once I decide what to do I will contact you on Skype!

I recently made the mistake buying joommasters most expensive plan with one of their templates. Unfortunately their templates are all disaster when it goes to performance. They are beautiful but could win contest for worst page speed performance. Really! I'm interested how much approximately could cost me custom template made entirely according programming practices for best performance and SEO? I plan to buy some psd file and make some modifications. So basically the design is not an issue.

@alwayspaws wasn't that enough layman for you ? :) I think for the CMS pages when you write them in the back end there is button which shows you the HTML code. Just put the code wherever you need to show the seal. For other pages like product pages for example I believe you should find the matching tpl file and put the code in the body section of that file, again where you need it. I may be wrong so don't count 100% on what I'm telling :)

@DRMasterChief if your theme supports retina images that code is unnecessary but I saw many themes which advertise they support retina images and they don't. Actually there are quite few which really do...

That's the statuses are for. And don't get me wrong, I need that feature too but not for the legal part you talk about ...

@30knees at least in my country and I believe whole eu, the financial data is protected by the law and can't be deleted. I will look later for particular directive and if I find such I will paste it here.

Sure it would be great to be build in feature and many need it but sure it is illegal at least in EU.

@vzex i wouldn't risk if i was you. Soon they will be on the next page and won't bother you.

What about invoices, carts associated with those orders etc. If that link is the feature request, I voted for it long time ago. But i don't think somebody will develop such module because it is illegal to delete orders I believe.

There are too many entries concerning orders, there will be always something left. I'm not sure how safe it could be, but if it is test environment why not try.

I'm not sure but if you are in demo mode there is module for what you need and if you are not there is no way to delete them. There was a way to remove them just from the list in the back office but all their entries in the database will be left.

Sorry for the offtopic, but does anyone knows if I could setup stripe account only with bank account located in supported countries or the company should be located in one of the countries? And is there any way to use stripe without being in that countries list? I saw atlas feature they are offering on their site, anyone using it?

If I can help just let me know! With testing of course :)
