Thank you for your answers. Yes there are duplicated URLs, but i can not change or edit them. The theme is not the problem i think, i have used this since a few months for test, and this problem never appears before with the template. I have done the following changes after i have created 6 items for test: - turned off the apache function mod_security in BO - turned on "stock management", tried something with it and then turned off The reason why i tried the stock management: I use an external software to manage items, it is called JTL Wawi. The orders, items, categories and so on are transfered into the JTL Wawi and by a connector and we can manage the complete internal stock management, customers, orders, shipments, invoices and so on with this. The JTL Wawi is preceding, this means all changes for items, prices, quantity... must be done in the JTL Wawi and this transfers it into the shop. But.... the JTL Wawi transfers also the stock quantity into the shop. So i have to check if this works with TB and if the shop shows delivery time and availability correct. This works with the connector, gladly. Now the problem is, that we are in Germany and we have to use the AEUC module for delivery time., and this makes a problem. We have 2 different points in the shop with a delivery time, which is a problem and not allowed by law. So, until know i have disabled seo-friendly urls and the problem disappears, but i do not know why. We have enabled it before without any problems?!?

Hello, now i have created my first items in TB 1.0.3 . I am not using standard theme, but i think this is not the problem (test items was without problems before). But from today on, the items are not clickable. I can not choose them by an mouse click to get the item details. I can only choose the first item per category. It shows me all items from the category, but when i click on the 2nd, 3rd... i will come the the detail site from the first item again and again. In BO, i can see at the SEO site in product catalog the direct link to each item, and it shows the same link for every item, which is not correct. e.g. for the first item with description new1 it is myshopdomain123.com/en/newcategory1/new1 and for the 2nd item with description new2 it is also myshopdomain123.com/en/newcategory1/new1 Please let me know your ideas ?!? thank you

Hello mdekker, thank you for your helpful answer. With this, i could manage the DOI for newsletter (i use the native blocknewsletter module at the moment, now the DOI works fine). But there is the need to inform the customer that his name and e-mail-address will be saved when he is sending some things via the contact form to us. For logged in customers the data and inquiry also will be saved in the BO and/or can be answered by external e-mail-software. There should be a checkbox, even when we "only" save his inquiry and give an answer, i think this is the intention of the GDPR. When we use his e-mail-add. for marketing, then the situation is clear. I am correct with my idea about the checkbox at the contact form (honestly i have to say i thinks so) ?

Hi again, with an eye on the coming GDPR, which is necessary for the whole EU on 25. May 2018, i will ask again if there is any possibility for an Double-Opt-In for the contact and also for the newsletter form ? This is absolutely necessary to go on with these forms from 25. May on. hmmm ok but this is very very special and i am not sure if this makes sense in an online-shop..... maybe you should use a CRM or something for such special needs.

Hello, i am trying to change my print.css to get an 1 page print when customers will print or export to a pdf file. At the moment TB creates 2 pages with a lot of useless things on it (like the newsletter box, the cart box, the categories and footer from the lower part, and also the "items in the same category".... This is not usefull when a customer will print the items details to paper or export it to a pdf file (our customers sometimes do so). It should be compact on 1 page with only our logo, the picture of the item and the description, price and delivery time/tax and in the lower area our contact/imprint. How can i change the print.css in our theme folder to this? I already have tried something and i also have deleted most of the things there, but this does not affect any changes when i go to "print" on an product site. thank you

Hi, when i am browsing through the net (just for my own private interests, hobbies....) sometimes there are problems with youtube-videos in some countries and they cant be shown then. With Vimeo i did not have problems like that until now. I also included some Vimeo vids in a Koken CMS and this works well and plays fast.

oh now i have seen your picture, this looks like the known error with AEUC, but it shows Smarty Variables in your shop. Sorry have not seen this before, but looks like the reason is the same as in the known error i have written about. Do you have changed any translations or files?!

Hello Pedalman, this is not really a surprise, there are a lot of people in PS-Forum and also here at TB which are writing about this problem and are looking for a solution. We also have a discussion here in German forum: https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/1115/diese-macke-im-aeuc-modul/5 And you can find really a lot of answers in PS-Forum about this in combination with AEUC and SmartyCache on/off. This error is not new, but it is still weired and come and go whenever it wants... depends on your Theme, the SmartyCache and also if you have compilated during the changes. Sometimes it needs a few hours to get the error and there can be also a difference if you are logged in as admin or customer ! It is much better with TB (than in PS) but it seems that it is not 100% eliminated in TB (depends on the things above....)

Hallo, ich nochmal: wie ist eigentlich der Stand mit den Grundpreisen ?! Können diese in 1.0.3 korrekt angezeigt werden oder ändern sie sich vielleicht sogar automatisch wenn der Artikelpreis verändert wird (z.B. durch Sonderpreise, Aktionen zeitlich begrenzt etc.)? Da besteht ja die Gefahr daß der Grundpreis nicht passt und man ihn händisch ausrechnen und eintragen muss, vergisst man das dann einmal wenn ein Sonderpreis nicht mehr gilt hat man den Salat.... Auch ob die Grundpreisangabe in den Artikelübersichten, Neuen Produkten oder auf der Startseite mit angezeigt wird ist noch offen (für micht zumindest). Ich habe es geschafft daß der Grundpreis in den Artikelseiten drin ist, aber mehr eben auch nicht. Und das wäre ja eine essentielle Funktion die AEUC haben muss oder noch besser wenn TB das korrekt darstellen könnte!

Hello, sounds interesting and should be the correct way :) Thank you for this. One question: we want to use TB mainly as a "simple onlineshop", in the BO we do not need a lot of statistics, invoices, delivery notes or something like that. We do this by an separate offline-software called JTL Wawi, which is connected with TB by the JTL Connector. This Connector does not support 100% of the functions, but i think it is ok and we can work with that. Maybe JTL will expand the Connector in the future for more functions. Would it be easier for us to deactivate / to delete the main statistic module from the new version of TB , to get an leaner BO system and maybe an faster shop? Or there are a lot of things which are needed by the shop himself and the core, so that we cannot deactivate such things? thank you!!

Ja das {nocache} ist drin, es ist die unveränderte Datei aus dem AEUC 3.1.1 Zum "probieren" musst du auch mal versuchen wie es sich verhält wenn du als Admin und/oder Kunde angemeldet bzw. Gast (nur "Zuschauer") bist, denn da erhält man durchaus unterschiedliche Anzeigen. Wurde bei PS im Forum auch schonmal so angesprochen, macht das natürlich nicht einfacher und wo da der Hase im Pfeffer liegt wusste bisher keiner. Ist bei Dir das Verhalten als Kunde gleich wie bei Admin?

Ja habe die AEUC 3.1.1 Mein Theme hat KEINE eigene Datei hookDisplayProductPriceBlock.tpl Wenn ich als Kunde eingeloggt bin, funktioniert ohne Smartycache alles wie es soll. Wenn ich Smartycache einschalte, sehe ich auf der Startseite keine Angaben mehr zu inkl. MwSt. zzgl. Versandkosten (in den Kategorien und Artikeldetails aber schon noch). Werde da also mal noch basteln müssen.

Jo dann wirds aber gruselig, habe das gerade bei mir im 1.0.3 versucht, und ich habe den Fehler sobald ich die Datei ändere :( (vorher nicht), allerdings verwende ich ein anderes Theme. Dann würde mir ein TB-Update wohl Probleme dahingehend machen, ohje muss ich gleich mal gucken was da los sein könnte.

Hatte ich auch nicht gesehen daß TB da dran ist, sorry daher.... also sollten wir advancedeucompliance/views/templates/hook/hookDisplayProductPriceBlock.tpl austauschen und das wars dann? Wäre ja zu schön :)

Bestätigen ich diesen Fehler kann :) Ich habe eine Zeit lang mit PS 1.6.1.15 + AEUC rumgespielt. Der SmartyCache musste ausgeschaltet bleiben, sonst hat man diesen Fehler umgehend. Das schwierige daran scheint zu sein, daß auch das Entwicklerteam die genaue Ursache bisher nicht ergründet hat oder sich darum kümmern mag. Der Fehler "springt" auch ein wenig im Dreieck, denn mal geht es einige Stunden/Tage ohne Fehler und plötzlich taucht er im Shop auf, geht dann auch nicht mehr weg. Neukompilieren oder Cache löschen hat da teilweise auch Einfluss drauf.
