Hoping someone can help (TB 1.1.0 - Panda Template) I was trying to edit a product today and I can't edit it as the save buttons are continuously have the scrolling circles.. I can add new products fine just editing If I tab onto prices the page is blank and Associations tab is all out of sync and cannot open any folders to get to sub categories. The first thing I did was to revert back to 1.0.8 but that made no difference . I've disabled all overrides and non thirty bees modules. I then turned on Debug mode , but it doesn't show up any error. I've searched under prestashop but nothing really has a outcome apart from upgrading I have had know band working on my google listings, but with all modules disabled it was still there. Otherwise I'll have to do a complete site rollback by about 3 days

Hi ..Since upgrading I can't checkout with knowband super checkout and get a 500 page... Using the latest version 1.1.0 and Panda template although Have had to revert back to 1.0.8 Apart from Source file: modules/supercheckout/views/templates/front/supercheckout.tpl which has 2532 lines and would take pages and pages if I were to post here

Thanks colorful-ant I just did a reset of the module as you could do either ,don't like meddling with the database unless it is really necessary ,as I think that what happened with my zencart site But all working again 🙂

While going though my Matomo stats , I followed a link as I was wondering where that came from..Now I am stuck in a bad bot circle and can't get rid of it the red page.. You have fallen into a trap! I've had to turn it off for now to get access and site works again once I did so

Can't find any instructions on how to upgrade ..There are only new install Do you just overwrite file via FTP

I've been playing around with crons and I tried running a xml file for1 of my categories for every hour.. So far my Revws runs every hour and all the email says is "Revws" with a heading of Cron The xml file email brings back the google xml file via email with all products in it .. Does that mean it run successfully.If it has I'll add all 28 to run like this at different hours Although I have to say the module I bought (Knowband) they have worked bloody hard to get it working as Site ground has been no help with limiting the timeout for scripts

Hi Just had a customer call me and said she has tried multiple times to pay for a order though my website but on a tablet. She called me in the end and I did it on my PC and went though first time.. Have you had any issues in the past with tablets. Using TB V1.0.8 / Default template / chex 0.16 Will update at some stage and try a test purchase again

I was supporting Thirty Bees ,but swapping over to TB has wiped out my sales revenue for now.Partly because I was forced to move due to a major zencart issues.Although in saying that I will start again as soon as I am able to.

Hi Datakick Took the plunge and installed the free version . But can't seem to get the right combination. I start off with redirect but then can't seem to go further ,tried bind value / category but can't seem to redirect to new URL

I was hoping for a more general redirect like anything with Jewellery would redirect. Just been trying to find that file and it doesn't exist on my website as was wanting to give it a go. My other option was to send any 404 page to my home page but read it isn't the right thing to do

I made the decision to move my jewellery products to another website as they got lost in context of all my other products.. Is it at all possible to redirect only old pages "category" or "categories" to the new website. thanks

It is weird ... Using firefox to try and log in i brings up the error ..But have just tried chrome and it works OK ... So it must be my firefox

Hi My website has been live now for a month . While on the whole things are getting better . I see on my products have loads of errors on them As per image below .. I have the rewv module and almost every product has a Ean code yet it says all have none .. Is there a module that can fix all issues or is this some thing I have to handle on my own

Hi I started off by placing above as a task and in the cron module.. The google module I am using suggested I place a given code to run tasks ,which I did.. I setup each as suggested with months ,days etc and it has never run as far as I could see This morning I set the google module tasks on my hosting site under their cron, I asked for emails to be sent but have not received any as yet.. I did keep the cron module task active on my website

Hi I have never bothered with these tasks so not exactly sure how they run. When I looked into the cron task module it says I must put this string in * * * * * curl -k "https://www.mywebsite/module/cronjobs/cron?token=%242y%2410%24RiFGy3vb4LZx9vlmsBur7vn7wzKQriFCs1IMtWHSKXDoHlEXVq15K" I tried to put this into my cron on my hosting site but it fails as my crons are not running from my site so am trying it from my host... Do I really need this thanks

On each product page .. Or have I got the wrong end of the stick ....as usual ... I have used the short description for a image ..They all disappeared as did the 2 on my header ... Just had the camera image showing ..SAme thing happened on my other site but that was just slider images so wasn't that bad

I did wonder why I lost 900 images all of a sudden .. Took me flipping ages to get them all back on again

Hi It's already there. I think it has to do with the tabs as they have had to be done especially as teh engraving tab had to be done.I've only just activated it so possibly wasn't taken into account when the tab was made

Hi All I am using the TB Add to wishlist module in Panda template but it is showing in the wrong place as I have tabs on my site..All I want to do is move it up to above price. Is thsi something easy to do as I have found 2 wishlists in product.tpl but they don't look right.. Have also tried to transplant but there is no option available thanks

It'll be in your template product.tpl.. But hopefully someone with more knowledge can help you... I experiment mostly in finding where things go looks llike it might be just after "add to cart form" section
