Hi Yet again Can anyone help with my stat counter code... The instructions are to place it just before the header on the footer.tpl. I have done that and it doesn't work. I've even gone as far as placing it in the header , global and various other places and it just doesn't work I have even gone as far as placing literal tags around it as 1 post suggested ,still no go ... Yep it's a third party module I had to find as I have extras that are chargeable I suppose it is hard to explain but will try .. The voucher is for £23.48 . I add a product that costs £11.99 then add engraving £6.99 which equals £18.98 that is correct. Now I add voucher code and line goes to -£18.98 ??? Shouldn't it say £23.48 Here is info

Don't really have important pages as such ...Except for the 1000 products But will go though my website to have a good look Other than that I'll have to start from where I am.. Although I do think I'm can't really get any lower than I am already as 80 % of my products aren't shown due to no flexibility in google up load , extremely slow host before and no dedicated IP ..lol So things are looking up

Hi I've been rebuilding my website on for example www.abc.co.uk/123 .. This weekend I was hoping to remove my old website www.abc.co.uk and delete all of zencart files and databases and replace www.abc.co.uk/abc to www.abc.co.uk. Hope this makes sense I am loosing sales big time as my checkout doesn't work and will cost a fortune to repair .But also don't want my website to plummet any more then it has

Hi I heard things like forwarding urls to new site ,set up redirects , but site is being deleted to make way for my new website. Or is it just something that has to be accepted and start from scratch.... I've reused all the same names formats as best I could ,but I am sure a lot of urls have changed but rebuilding site from ground up.I'm just thinking more along the lines of SEO

Hi Can I ask what is the best practice for changing over from a sub domain to domain As I am wanting to do the change over this weekend .. Just been thinking about SEO as links will be different etc etc and google shopping. Are there any redirects i can put in place , or is it a case of just doing it and rebuilding Thanks

@Factor ... Thank you , was round type causing that issue on this occasion . Everything adds correctly. Now I added another cost from the Product Fields manager module But still end up with a weird total.. It was my test total of £23.48 the item I am buying is £23.48 so surely it should be free ... It seems to be subtracting the shipping when it shouldn't .. I've even made it free shipping

Hi thanks ...I've disable tax in voucher ( although I have already had all other taxes disabled) and hasn't changed Also went to Localization and removed the taxes, but they still showing 😞 .. Could this be down to Panda and super checkout modules

Hi I am not sure if this is a issue or not ,but to me it doesn't seem to add up correctly 1 image is before coupon and the other is after... I end up with £11 I would also like to remove the "(Tax Included)" bit as well , if anyone can help Thank you

Sorry for all the questions But does anyone know of a decent module that is vertical without the fly-out menu. All of the ones I have found are fly-out.. I did find a free 1 that looked quite nice but the down load was no longer available. If none are available , how can I go about changing the colours of the TB menu.. Again thanks in advance

Thanks .. I redirected her to my new site as my zencart checkout had major issues lol ...Was a good order to so relieved I picked up the phone .. Have also done a redirect to my new website now as it is almost completed, as I have lost quite a few orders These are the ones I have no need for Awaiting check payment /Remote payment accepted Awaiting Cash On Delivery validation / Awaiting PayPal payment Delivered / Awaiting bank wire payment On backorder (paid) / On backorder (not paid)

Just had my first order though my website 🙂 and it's not live yet either so haven't gotten round to this bit yet.. Anyway how do you delete a order status as there is only a edit button.I know I can just edit them to what I want but there are loads I'll never use I searched google for prestashop and they seem to have a delete button under edit Tia

I tried to install it once but got nowhere ..I made a folder called it abc put everything in there but I couldn't find the url ..As I do want to install it at some stage as I need to recheck all my prices as they are mostly 9 years old and haven't changed much really

I've turn stock back on and it does work fine now ... I'll have to go though 800 products and put quantities in all of them ... Sigh Thanks for all the help .. enjoy the rest of the day/night 🙂
