Hi Just curious about something that happened.. I installed a gift card module last night and all was going well until I tried to open pages.Everytime I tried to open a card it always went to the contact us page. Tried adding under URL but that didn't work so I removed in the end .. This morning I tried to open a product and it went to a completely different product. What could cause that as I cleared cache ,history etc.. But while I was at work I tried on my laptop and all was OK TIA

More out of interest than anything else.But why use tags, does it help with SEO / what good are they to a customer

I've added 1 now ..trying to get as much as I can into tabs as I still have more stuff to add for attributes which goes on the right hand side

She has a number before gmail.com ... Also everything looks OK with her account .. Just been playing with my own account sending statuses and 2 went though OK , but still waiting on emails

Should I start another topic as it is accessories now rather than a bought 1 as would love to get them onto tabs to with the panda theme. Tommat helped me last time with the default theme

Hi Hoping someone can help.. I have finally made my first order on my website. So went to update status and it went to a 500 page..So I turned on debug mode and resent a test message to myself which I received .. I also managed to send a status on my test order and nothing turned up .. I am using TB Block Categories to get the categories to show .. If I disable it everything disappears under categories list . SO I've left it like that , I really struggled to get them to show even after installing the panda demo with side categories (No 7)

I know ,unfortunately I have had no choice as a lot of things needed adding so have had to try and keep with TB theme as best I can.. The ones I have bought seem to work very well so far straight out the box , so hoping they will be OK in the future. I chose TB as it has such a friendly and helpful forum. I am working on the top bar to become categories drop down , so that is a option for me just need to test it when I get time as adding products is high priority

Hi All Before I go way to far in setting up my website on a sub domain. I have been wondering what to do with things like Images etc as they are being saved to the sub domain rather than my main domain. So when I finally finish and want to move over to my main domain say from www.abc.com/def to www.abc.com does everything follow or is there a lot of other things to change ,like images products etc as I have never had to do this before TIA

Oh dear not for me .. Mine is already set to home .. It works on my Default theme but not on the Panda website I am currently building

I did that managed to log back in and swap images , but got a technical error box come up , but disappeared before I could screen shot it

Hi All I have the strangest thing just happening to me I am adding products to my store and I have noticed 1 of my images are the wrong way round. So I think I will just edit it like I have done before , but this time it logs me out ?? I have cleared cache etc and it only does it for that single product. I can edit other products fine go elsewhere fine just every time I try edit this 1 product it logs me out and takes me to my Admin Log in Screen Very weird

Hi A couple of months ago ( Other now deleted forum ) a member here helped me move a few items into tabs on the default forum and it worked brilliantly I have now bought the Panda template and a Attribute module but the attributes appear on the right side under the Add to cart. I have asked the developer if it was possible to move to Tabs and was advised no. So am asking here if it is at all possible if it is no then will have to make do . The other issue I have is to have 1 of 2 images on most items just to the right of Additional information If either can't be done either so need to come up with solutions to my problems Here is the page I am talking about .. Hi Another day another problem for me... I've bought the panda template and so far all is going well except for my product images.. I don't know if it's me that messed them up or it installed like this . But does anyone have any idea what it could possibly be If I mouse over image it does show but only in that narrow space.. Would be happy to share page if it's allowed
