alwayspaws Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 I'm getting an eMail Error Message when Updating Order Status to "Delivered" Admin > orders > clicked the specific order > Chose "Delivered" from the "Update Status" drop down box. Got the error and clicked "resend email" to try again. Same error: "An error occurred when sending the email to the customer". I did not get this error when I updated the "processing in progress" and the "shipped" statuses. Any ideas? I doubt that the customer changed her email in the past few days. :)
0 SLiCK_303 Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 I don't believe there is a text-transform:sentence ? I think you want text-transform:none;
0 alwayspaws Posted December 27, 2017 Author Posted December 27, 2017 When I used text-transform: capitalize “Thank you for creating a customer account...” was in initial caps so I changed it to text-transform: sentence and it looks great like in my screenshot. If there is no such thing then I just invented it. LOL
0 zimmer-media Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 @alwayspaws Suggestion: at your subtitle "Thank you for creating a customer ...." use the same style as "here are your login details" may increase the font size plus 1 or 2 levels
0 alwayspaws Posted December 28, 2017 Author Posted December 28, 2017 I like it the way it is now. The code for "here are your login details” would make "Thank you for creating a customer …“ too small.
0 Peter Posted September 14, 2018 Posted September 14, 2018 I have this problem too now. The customer will not receive an e-mail if an order has been placed. I also get the notification of the opening post when I try to change the status of an order. I have already looked at the statuses. A mail should be sent by all. Also check the status in the back office for which template is sent, then look in the / themes / transformer / emails / and directory to make sure the template is on your server. I have already looked at this. There is no mail folder at the template. It is at the root. But they seem to be the ones that are asked in the status.
0 Peter Posted September 14, 2018 Posted September 14, 2018 I edit this post: I thought the problem was solved. But unfortunately that is not the case. He now sends the e-mails. I have placed everything in an email folder and now he sends the emails. But now the purchased products are not in the mail. I also get mail alerts not working yet.
0 lesley Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 Whats the contents of the emails that are sent on purchase?
0 Peter Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 I have just reinstalled everything. Nor does everything work with a blank installation. So no emails are sent to the customers. There is no folder 'mail' or 'emails' in themed folder, so there may be something wrong with that?
0 Peter Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 Solved for now. I've installed 1.05 and used the updater to 1.06 and everything works fine now. Sending mails to customers and mailalerts.
