@violinparts he offered himself to solve the problem but without access to the backoffice we can not do it. I understand you may have concerns with privacy but every technical service need access to detect and repair. Should not be a problem with data protection laws.

@violinparts The best I can tell you is good luck. I offered to help.

As a fyi, I installed a 1.0.7 shop, ran the upgrade to 1.0.8, added a few products, killed the search index and re-indexed, and turned instant search on. It works for me with an out of the box installation, http://thirtybees-200675-702960.cloudwaysapps.com/

My best guess would be to try to disable overrides on the performance page and see if that helps.

@violinparts but you understand you are asking him almost an impossible isn't it? To solve a problem but at the same time not giving him access. Some problems can be solved from outside, some don't. I am not a technician so I do not know what case this is. Anyway, you can create a profile to allow him entering into the back-office but not for example in the "clients section". That should work for you.

2 @violinparts: What prevents you from making a copy of working shop then clean that copy off the customer's data and allow access to it for those who wants to help you? Is it your religion or marriage contract? ;)
