Hello,

Always, when I tried to upload a new theme(zip file), there is a message error "Uploaded zip file doesn't contain config.xml file. It is not a valid theme package"

Can somebody help me?

Is this is a hosting problem, I use a2hosting?

inspect zip file if it's valid theme. Sometimes it contains doc + another zip file with actual theme zip file.

Hello, maybe the zip file is not valid. I was trying to upload a new theme, I believed the theme is not compatible.

Could you give further details about the theme - where did you purchase/downloaded it from?

Yes, that was a PrestaShop theme, theme was free, I don't remember the website, I attach the file, maybe is not compatible.

Literally all 1.6 PS themes should be 100% percent compatible with thirtybees.

few years ago i was testing PS 1.6.x with various Themes,  and absolutely most of the Leo Themes was 'damaged' and did not run... so maybe.... 

but as you know, PS 1.7 is a complete different code and structure.   As written above, you have to look for  1.6 themes.

Are you sure? As far as I know, most themes come with custom modules and I doubt that all of them work with php8 flawlessly.

Literally all 1.6 PS themes should be 100% percent compatible with thirtybees if you use php 7.3 or lower and you debug them for later compatibility. Hope this makes it clearer. 😉
