  1. But I actually agree with Lesley and I live within EU. I hope TB will comply with GDPR but the laws can be read and understood in many different ways and at this point we dont have any lawcases that has made its way to the court yet and therefor hard to know what is right or wrong. I think EU will go after some big companies and make a statement later on but I don't think they will bother about us small merchants in the beginning.
  2. I tried to add review in front office of demoshop from my Android mobile. Works good except that the stars are to wide for my 5,5" screen and that the stars doesn't change to yellow when clicking, only afterwards where the review is sent they are yellow.
  3. Thanks a lot for your answers. I kept on searching and found out that Google tag manager might be an even better choice. Let's see if I can get it to work, found some instruction videos on YouTube.
  4. One thing that raises the overall score the reviews is to have the stars prefilled with 5 stars ? I haven't downloaded and tested but is it possible to just click send without having to add any text?
  5. Thank you for your answers. I have been searching for commercial modules too but haven't found any that I know will work. But wouldnt it be possible to just add the JavaScript to the custom order confirmation page? But I don't know where to add it? In .tpl? In .js? Or in another page?
  6. Hi, Can someone give me a hint of how to add Google AdWords and Facebook tracking pixel to a custom order confirmation page? Either by adding the scripts. I have also noticed dh42 got free modules for this but I guess these will just end up at the regular order confirmation page. I know where to find the custom order confirmation page in modules folder but do not understand how I can get them there? Thanks in advance
  7. @vincentdenkspel Yeah, of course I do also use different variables in my decisions but not very often from 3 different star ratings from the same guy. I do rather read reviews, tests, newspaper articles, talk to friends and trust my own earlier experiences.
  8. I do often make decisions about restaurants with only one variant of stars, I look for good and bad reviews and read the comments. With that said I don't say it shouldn't be implemented but more important for me is an fast an easy way of making the customers add an review. I know I saw someone that had the option to leave star ratings inside the mail, didn't even have to navigate to the the webpage.
  9. Keep up the good work. But it's a shame we are not more than 19 contributing ☹️
  10. I haven't read this through totally but I had problem with this because of TinyMCE and had to update it to solve the problem.
  11. Make it easy for customers to review - 1. no logging in necessary after clicking their unique deep link review request URL and 2. on that landing page each of the products ordered will be able to be reviewed directly without navigating away from it. To this comment I would like to add an option to make the reviewcomments optional and only the review stars mandatory. And also some features on my wishlist that I took from my reviewmodule I am using now: Possible to leave answers on comments Both store and product reviews? Change style, color and size of stars Slider for frontpage Option to show reviews in tab or new block on product page Feature to report reviews with bad language for customers Disable comments Thank you confirmation email for leaving a review Status page where you can se all orders, sent 1st email, 2nd email, who has commented and also manually send new question about leaving a comment to filtered orders Thanks you for your kindness
  12. Must say @SLiCK_303 is doing a great job bugtesting and solving problems. Great you guys follow it up quickly too.
  13. @dynambee Yeah, I agree. I hope this project will gain speed and become the greatest e-commerce software so that developers start to build compability modules because they feel that's a good business choice for them too. Cause I think thats what drives people and companies in the end.
  14. @lesley My biggest concerns are actually my local shipping and payment modules for example: https://www.hygglig.com/foretag/presta/ http://www.prestaworks.com/sv/betalmoduler-till-prestashop/62-collector-checkout.html Many of the other modules can be switched but that do also mean new cost for buying them. But the main concern is what will happen in the future if I change platform.
  15. @adik I think you should read more accurately, I haven't stated that these modules don't work on TB. I just told my concerns about changing platform and answered a question about which modules I am running thats not officially told to be supported. As I said in my former post, I wouldn't support a project if I didn't believe in it without running the actual product.
  16. @lesley Nope, I haven't tested them. And my concern is not actually what works today, it's what will work in the future. I don't want to sound too negative because I wouldn't support a project (even if it's a small sum) without actually using the product if I didn't believe in it.
  17. @bzndk It's a module @mdekker linked to. It's up on GitHub I think. Something he has developed.
  18. Oki, well that would be awesome! What's the difference to the proxymodule?
  19. @dynambee I do have a lot of different modules which are not supported here from 2N Technologies Globosoftware Blog from Prestahome (included in warehouse theme) Mypresta emagicone (Prestashop store manager) Proquality newsletter Presta-lab Onasus Linea Grafica Kahanit But the ones that concerns me the most are those that are local. For example shipping and payments modules for Nordic countries.
  20. What do you mean with bridge? I tried your proxymodule but couldn't understand how to get it working. But I do think Livezilla is great. I emailed them 3-4 weeks ago about android app missing datestamp in ticketmessage making it hard to see when email was sent. They answered the day after and 1-2 weeks later it was implemented.
  21. Interesting post. I do agree in some parts. I am contributing with $5 and do read the forums everyday even though Im still on Prestashop. I think there are to many risks at this moment to change and also I am afraid that the developer's behind my modules won't give me support if I change platform. But I do still think this is a really interesting project and hope it will gain more active people working on it.
  22. I'm not using TB yet but I like this idea and do hang around here a lot so I am now a Patreon too.
  23. The problem with tawk.to was that their support were slow, rude and made it clear to me that they couldn't help me at all. Also their software lacks a lot of features versus Livezilla that I need. Of course you can use whatever chat you want and we all have different thoughts but these are mine.
  24. I have run Livezilla for about 4 months now and haven't got any of those troubles you are speaking of. Yes, there are some bugs in the software but nothing has been major for me and cause of the bugs I am really glad that they do develope things quickly - still I have just uograded once and it was done in like 10 min.
  25. Yeah, there are a lot of bugs in asm. I have recognized this bug too. There are more bugs in asm unfortunately. It had good intentions but didn't quite get to goal. I think one of the upcoming projects are asm so I think you can participate and report all bugs and hopefully they will be corrected.
