@wakabayashi Is this possible when i already have a test site on another domain with the latest version of TB and when my live site is running TB 1.0.3 ?
@haylau I was specifically told by the developer that very advanced filtering is possible with the module.
More info on the module can be found at https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/elasticsearch-module-for-thirty-bees-ecommerce/x/16900365#/
I think this module can do what you are looking for
@haylau I haven't tested ES yet. I supported the Indiegogo project because I also need an advanced search function. I sell boardgames and have set multiple features for 'skills'. One should be able to filter like this: 2-4 players, 10-20 minutes playing time for which you need skill A, D, and F. I was told by the developer that with the ES module it would be possible to do these kinds of filters, so I assume what you want should also be possible.
Someone created a module for me and installed it on my site. I don't have a copy except the installed one.
Is it possible to somehow 'extract' a copy from the live site so I can install it on a test site ?
Thanks
Maybe the all-in-one-rewards module from Prestaplugings suits your needs https://www.prestaplugins.com/en/prestashop-modules/14-all-in-one-rewards-loyalty-sponsorship-facebook.html
@lesley I know there is a module 'visual composer' with which you can change the layout of a page. This module is extremely buggy. I have bought it in the past but it gave me a lot of problems
Hi,
Please bare in mind that I'm not a developer, so maybe this is a dump question.
What is would like is the possibility to select from a variety product templates when creating a product.
For instance: I would like to sell products and service on the same site. This way the page of a product can be
different from the page of a service.
Would it be possible to implement the above and if so would this be hard to do ?
@haylau I've never looked into the actual license. I also bought modules from Prestashop and other companies. I think you can use the license on one domain. I really would be surprised if I only can use these modules on PS powered sites.
@30knees I don’t see why that is a good point. You really think that the development of the mollie module depends only on those two developers? I really would be surprised if that is the case.
@lesley please don’t. My site is a mess and i encounter various troubles among which with the Warehouse theme. Also a lot of work needs to be done so my site is not a good example.
I am assured, thats not the problem. As you may well know i have no coding experience at all. That’s why i hired a developer todo work for me.
As a non-developer it is unclear to me how the project is going.
In thinks if you would give these kind of statistics ones a month or so that would be good.
It is very common for companies to give that kind of info to ‘convince’ potential customers their product/service is a musthave
@lesley instead of spewing your diatribe i think it would be better to give the community a short update once in a while about the project. Uncertainty is bad for the project.
Hi,
I came across a html commerce template (https://themeforest.net/item/porto-ecommerce-shop-template/22685562?s_rank=1) with several design elements I like .
I was wondering if the following is possible:
1) use the standard TB theme as a basis.
2) buy the html template
3) have serveral elements of the html template converted the a TB template, such as
homepage: https://portotheme.com/html/porto/demo-13/#
productpage: https://portotheme.com/html/porto/demo-5/product-sticky-tab.html
and
categorypage: https://portotheme.com/html/porto/demo-5/category-horizontal-filter1.html
4) replace the 'default' product en category templates with the newly created ones
Would this be possible ?
Thanks
@wakabayashi I have the promotions and discount module from @idnovate
I was hoping this could be done with this module and a separate payment module. Haven't looked into this yet
@wakabayashi I do. No problems whatsoever.
My only problem is you have to (de)activate the various payment options in the backend of mollie. The payment options can't be activated in the backend of TB.
I would like to do the following: give a discount when payment is made by iDeal. I think this should be possible with the right module and when payment options are separate TB modules.
The following two modules that are compatible with TB
1) myparcel (dutch shipping gateway provider) https://blog.myparcel.nl/prestashop?_ga=2.189156204.632086087.1537043134-1522638061.1536747246
2) mollie (payment server provider) https://github.com/mollie/prestashop
These are PS module but work at least with TB 1.03
I'll try to add them to the list later this week
@doclucas It's not clear to me what the purpose is your long post. Is it to state that you think TB is heading in the wrong direction? Is it to state you think you deserve more credits for the work you do? To explain why you think people won't become Patrons ? Something else ?
