Hi, if a product is out of stock people can leave their e-mail address so the get notified when the product is back on stock. Can if find somewhere in the backend how many people registered their e-mail address ? Thanks

@datakick suggestion: in the backend: when I click on 'buy license' your site opens in the same window. Hope you can let it open in a new window.

@datakick Another issue: I can't create an account from within the module. When i click 'pay' I get the message 'creating account', but the wheel keeps spinning and i'm not redirected to the payment section.

@datakick Another issue: When i update carrier e.g. instead of Netherlands select Germany the cart is not updated with the correct shippingcosts. Only when i refresh the page the cart shows the correct shippingcosts

@datakick thank, installation went fine. first observations: 1) i've disabled guest checkout, but with your module people are still can checkout as guest. 2) Once i've selected guest checkout, i can't 'go back' and login into my account Suggestion: Add 'forgot password' at the 'personal details' section.

@traumflug I'm not a developer so a lot you are saying is abacadabra to me and as such i can't make a vote. So if possible you could add something to the post like: option 1: don't upgrade smarty ; advantages: ....... ; disadvantages:..... option2: update smarty; advantages: .........; disadvantages: .......... If your post is mainly targeted to developers please let me know and i will delete this comment.

Those who lead inspire us" Although not stated specifically I interpreted the statement of @Traumflug that the developers inspire each other and they have certainly inspired me to make the switch from PS to TB as well as contribute to both crowdfunding campaigns. A serious CEO doesn't mean his is inspiring.

@snowycat Alhough your plan is to release the module in the near future it may be still worthwile to create a 'flexible' crowdfunding campaign for the module.

For example: when you want to buy modules that provide the same features as the elastic search module you will have to pay several hundred euros for a license with 2 years of upgrades. People do not realize that you can't expect the developers to answer questions in the forums, develop a stable core system, develop module all for free.

@violinparts Maybe you did or maybe not contribute, but from your reaction it looks like are opposed to contributing the the crowdfunding module. Is that right and if so can you tell me why ?

I don't think it has to be OR, but rather AND. crowdfunding AND commission from module sales etc. etc. From what i read various people are jumping the PS ship because the lack of bug fixes and help. You can't expect from TB to give support, develop TB and make a living all at once. Crowdfunding is at least a way to combine two of them.

@violinparts There is a big difference Your contriburion when there is something in it for you (a module) and thus a short-term gain. By contribution to the crowdfunding project there is no short term gain for you, but definately a long-term gain (stable, feature rich ecommerce system) Furthermore: Lets say a module costs €100 and TB gets 20% of this, than 125 people would need to by a module of €100. The less expensive the module the more people are needed for this amount. As I see how hard it is to get people involved in the crowdfunding project i don't think this is very likely at the moment.
